**This is a Night Shift position (hours will be from 9:00PM to 5:00AM), 4 days week (Sun thru Wed)**
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
End User Support
--Answer Support Center phones, providing detailed technical support to the user base on a timely basis. Effectively adapt technical instructions to non-technical users.
--Log problems into the ticket management system from live calls, the email, and voice mail systems.
