Knowledge of the payback, ROI and pitfalls of migrating to US are needed.
Hands on or direct experience with any of the above especially OCS, Nortel and Cisco
Microsoft OCS and Nortel certifications plus
Microsoft's OCS will be integrated with either a Nortel CS2100 or Cisco's Call manager
