This is a very small environment; only have 30 employees.This person will handle just about everything in terms of running the office and IT shop to include:
--Manage open source environment
--Manage helpdesk/desktop issues however, this is not a helpdesk/desktop focused Manager
--They have a server guy that sits in FLA; there won't be much work on the server side; they don't have any servers in their office
