Job Description 
Our client, a leader in Atlantic Canada for home heating products installation and repair, is looking for an experienced 
Delivery Driver
to join their Fredericton team. If you&apos;re looking to build your career and not just have another job call Drake today! 
Responsibilities 
As an integral part of the customer service team, the Delivery Driver is responsible for efficient delivery of product while providing clients with the upmost in customer service. 
Requirements 
Valid Class 3 Driver&apos;s License. Must be able to present proof of a clear driver&apos;s abstract; 
Minimum three years pervious delivery driving experience; 
Experience working in the home heating industry beneficial; 
Must be very organized and have time management skills; 
Strong customer service orientation; 
Ability to work rotating shifts required;
Bilingualism (English/French) an asset.
Compensation and Benefits Details

Position Details
â¢ Permanent, full-time position
Summary of Duties
â¢ Reporting to the Managing Partner for the Fredericton Office, the incumbent plays a major role in developing and managing client relationships
Responsibilities
â¢ Actively manages client relationships
â¢ Works closely with the Partners providing leadership within the Actuarial Pension Practice Area
â¢ Provides training and development and manages performance of others within the Actuarial Pension Practice Area
â¢ Oversees actuarial valuations for pension and post-employment benefit plans
â¢ Provides a range of other pension consulting services
â¢ Ensures that quality control and service standards are attained with every transaction
â¢ Assists with recruiting of new team members
â¢ Promotes other practice areas and professional services of the firm to existing and prospective clients
â¢ Promotes and maintains the firmâs visibility in the industry
â¢ Develops client relationship skills for other team members
â¢ Leads internal training sessions to build knowledge of industry topics and trends
â¢ Develops employee communication material, such as pension booklets and year-end statements
â¢ Builds and maintains excellent relationships with clients, through client meetings, office visits and social functions
â¢ Develops new business with existing clients and assists in obtaining new business with prospective clients
â¢ Leads and manages multiple client assignments and projects
â¢ Attends external training and industry conferences and seminars
â¢ Develops creative solutions to improve efficiencies within the practice area
â¢ Prepares budgets and project timelines
â¢ Attends industry meetings to interact with existing clients and meet prospective clients
â¢ Recognizes client issues and suggests proactive and creative solutions
â¢ Keeps apprised of changes and updates to applicable pension legislation at both the provincial and federal level
â¢ Maintains an awareness of current news and best practices; shares such with clients and team members
â¢ Manages special projects as required
â¢ Acts as a resource to the entire Actuarial Pension Practice Area
Requirements
â¢ Six â twelve years of pension experience
â¢ University degree in actuarial science or mathematics
â¢ FSA and FCIA designations
â¢ Proven capability at the Senior Consultant level, Actuarial Pension Practice Area
â¢ Strong knowledge of actuarial and accounting standards in pensions and post-employment benefits
â¢ Experience with pension plan wind-ups, retirement plan design work, non-registered executive retirement plans and pension conversions
â¢ Exceptional customer focus with strong business acumen
â¢ Excellent communication, project management, presentation and negotiation skills
â¢ Proven leader with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
â¢ Mentor and coach, who demonstrates patience and intuition
â¢ Extremely organized self-starter, flexible, highly independent
â¢ A good understanding of personal computers and software, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Exigences 
â¢ Compter de six Ã douze annÃ©es dâexpÃ©rience dans le domaine des rÃ©gimes de retraite
â¢ PossÃ©der une formation universitaire en actuariat ou en mathÃ©matiques
â¢ PossÃ©der les titres de FSA et de FCIA
