Dimension   Scope:

The Data Architect is responsible for evaluating the use of data and relating data directly to the goals and practices. Working with the Data Quality Manager, the Data Architect must ensure the accuracy and accessibility of all important data and he or she is responsible for knowing what data is important and why. The Data Architect is responsible for the documentation of relevant data through the sound use of data modeling techniques and practices as well creating and managing meta-data. The Data Architect is directly responsible for the creation and maintenance of the enterprise data model. The Data Architect will also assist and oversee the development of data models across the organization to ensure adherence to sound data management principles and where possible, the reuse of data. In addition, the data architect will help define and manage the master data. Responsibilities: 
Lead definition of relevant business data
Map out structure and organization of the relevant data for the company or project within the company
Interact daily with Business Analysts and project teams
Capture and maintain meta-data, creating business rules for the use of data
Define and maintain logical enterprise data model at various levels

Working with client advisors, participate in the development of new business opportunities by meeting with prospects, preparing and presenting proposals for investment management.

Invest assets according to investment policy guidelines to deliver a competitive rate of return within the given level of risk.

Sub-Contracts Specialist
- 
Develop, negotiate and administer subcontract agreements and acquisition aspects in new business proposals development and existing relationships. 
- Analyze and estimate costs and negotiate specifications/statement of work, price, date of delivery, terms and conditions and other contractual and licensing provisions with suppliers and subcontractors. 
- Conduct negotiations with all levels of supplier/subcontractor management, which may involve international suppliers/contractors. 
- Ensure and monitor compliance on performance both cost and schedule. 
- Provide active interface between commodity/program managers for procurement and subcontract issues. 
- Work with internal customers to ensure specifications and Statement of Works (SOW) are appropriate for the tasks or products required. 
- Manages performance of high dollar Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), or Time and Material (T M) subcontracts.
Qualifications
- Position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in subcontract management. 
- Experience in cradle-to-grave subcontract administration of multiple contracts and knowledge of business principles such as purchasing, materials logistics management, business and contract law, finance and accounting. 
- Experience with CPSR audits and familiarity with DCAA procedures are desired qualifications.
Education
- BA/BS in a business discipline or a technical degree 
- MBA is a plus
Must Have Skills
- BS or BA degree, in Business Administration, Operations Management or Engineering required with a Masters Degree preferred.
