* Requests and stocks necessary repair parts.
* Disassembles machines and repairs or replaces broken parts.
* Adjusts functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary.
* Cleans and lubricates parts.
* Inspects completed repairs.
* Performs work in accordance with established safety procedures.
* Requisitions supplies, parts and equipment.
* Orients and mentors staff.
* Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Required Job Qualifications include:
* High School or GED preferred 
* Completion of related trade school program preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
* Maintenance in a hospital setting preferred. 
* Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.
* Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
* Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.

Serves as teacher  coach  mentor  and role model to program participants and their children  Provides support and assistance  consistent with treatment plan expectations  in the areas of chemical issues confronting them  assists residents with basic living skills needs and issues  Consults and reviews with the treatment team complex situations  Utilizes knowledge skills of intervention Adheres to facility Chain of Custody guidelines and procedures  Transports residents and their children to support group meetings and other locations as needed  Plans  transports to and supervises recreational outings for residents and their children  Interacts with Medical Clinic to schedule appointments of residents and children  follows up with residents and children after appointments Job RequirementsEducation  A high school diploma or GED and one year full time equivalent experience in human services related field required   Sixty credit hours toward degree in social work or related human service field may be substituted for the one year of required experience   AA or Bachelors degree in human services related field preferred  Experience  Experience working with substance abuse clients knowledge regarding 12 Step support groups preferred  House of Mercy MATRIX  general substance abuse education  and group facilitation skills training sessions completed within first 30 days
