Job Description 
Description
Participate in the transition of the PCS Controllers functions from Columbus to Delaware. 
Monitor   perform the monthly domestic fee revenue accrual process. 
Perform fee revenue reconciliation and substantiations to the underlying data source and the General ledger. 
Perform Fee revenue analysis and provide explanations for monthly and quarterly variances. 
Prepare and present Fee revenue monthly executive management reports. 
Prepare Fee revenue estimates. 
Record revenue adjustments to the General Ledger as required. 
Prepare WCP/Radar adjustment templates. 
Assist the CFO Product control groups with their daily inquiries. 
Participate in several domestic fee revenue projects, create BRD&apos;s, perform testing and sign-off on implementations. 
Establish an ongoing communication with fee operations and technology to ensure fee billing controls are in place and that the SLA&apos;s are consistently being maintained as changes occur. 
Assist with the month-end close process. 
Assist in the review / maintenance of the PB Controllers Control CSA&apos;s. 
Participate in the GLRS certification process. 
Participate in the Balance Sheet monthly variance analysis. 
Participate in Other Assets and Liabilities aging analysis. 
Participate in the Balance Sheet monthly Quality Assurance testing. 
Assist with the financial functions of Private Bank controllers. 
Ad hoc research and special projects.
Qualifications 
Qualifications
Bachelor&apos;s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is required. 
2-3 years experience in Accounting / Finance required. 
Must be detail oriented, highly disciplined, and have the ability to execute projects independently. 
Ability to quickly learn Financial Systems and new concepts. 
Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills. 
Knowledge of SAP and GLW required. 
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experienced with spreadsheets for Financial analysis. 
Team player with demonstrated work ethics.
