Description:
Buchanan Associates is seeking a SQL DBA/.Net Developer for a short term project (30 to 60 days) to assist in the final development of a invoicing application for an enterprise client. This application will be hinged off of a portal and will utilize SQL Server Reporting Services.
Responsibilities:
Build out all of the table maintenance functions
Automate the data import
Create a dispute tracking module
Create additional SSRS reports once identified
Implement security controls on data access

                        <description><![CDATA[The Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting to generate new business and grow existing business for the individual business travel market for all hotels within the designated region. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues. The Sales Manager must be familiar with GDS Systems, Pseudo-City Codes and three letter designated city codes. The Sales Manager is also responsible for month-end reporting and tracking of account production as well as some small group production. 
HOTEL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. 
DELPHI EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. 
KNOWLEDGE OF IRVING MARKET A PLUS.

* Invite clients to the hotel for entertainment, lunches, tours and site inspections. 
* Assist in implementing special promotions relating to direct sales segments, i.e., sales blitzes, 
* Assist in the preparation of required reports in a timely manner. 
* Use your property&apos;s computerized sales management system to manage the hotel&apos;s business, including (but no limited to) generating reports, entering business, blocking space and building accounts. 
* Be familiar with all Surrey Management sales policies and selling techniques with an emphasis on maximizing occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR). 
* Conduct a professional, thorough site inspection of the hotel with clients, exhibiting key features and benefits of the property. 
* Participate in required M.O.D. and Saturday office coverage as scheduled. 
* Meet and greet onsite contacts. 
* Abide by Prime Selling Time 
* Develop networking opportunities through active participation in community and professional associations, activities and events. 
* Review meeting planner evaluations to ensure that issues receive follow-up. 
* Entertain clients. 
* Handle inquires as part of Inquiry Day Program. 
* Attend meetings/training as required by management.
