Work within Wal-Mart locations to ensure TV Displays for current and future promotions are working with correct ad. Ensure all displays are set up correctly on execution datesBuild product displays if necessaryFlexible work schedules within your assigned territory -- make your own hours between Monday and Wednesday.Solid understanding of merchandising basics.Build and maintain relationships with store management to ensure proper product placement and trouble-shoot problems Be the key point of contact for CIM, reporting all problems to ensure program is ready to execute on time. 
1-2 years previous Merchandising Experience an asset, preferably wtihin a retail environment.Must be available for part-time work on an ongoing basis, working Monday to Wednesday.Strong negotiation, problem solving and communication skills.Must be computer literate, with Internet and e-mail access, and comfortable using digital cameras and flash drives.                         <description><![CDATA[We are currently seeking a Food Service Director to work at a business/corporate account in Calgary, Alberta. Compass serves food to over 1000 patrons at this location, providing beverages, hot meals, sandwiches, pastries and sweets, carrying brands names such as Starbucks Coffee. This account operates all year round with the dining room/cafÃ© operating hours running of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the week, and occasional weeknight or weekend openings for special events or banquet functions. On top of this, we also provide catering to this business account.
As a Food Service Director, you will be involved in all phases of operation planning and expenditures, budgeting, costing and sales reporting. You will be accountable for marketing, staffing, scheduling, and client and customer relationship building. As well, you will collaborate with the Executive Chef in food production and menu planning. Ensuring strict compliance with Compassâ Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Program, Occupational Health and Safety Act and WHMIS regulations, you will coordinate frequent workplace inspections and WHMIS training of all staff and promptly report any workplace accident or incident to head office. 
This position will report to the District Manager and will be responsible for supervising up to 28 associates. 
Qualifications:
â¢Post secondary education plus minimum 5 years related management experience in food and beverage in a multi-unit, multi-faceted environment or equivalent experience (preferably catering).
â¢ Proven financial management skills including ability to control product and labour costs
â¢A strong motivator, mentor and leader
â¢A very detail oriented individual and a strong team player
â¢Capable of thinking on your feet as well as multi-tasking
â¢Superior interpersonal skills with an ability to work with high end clientele 
â¢Excellent communication (written and verbal) and decision making skills
â¢Can accommodate flexible work schedule
â¢Knowledge of Microsoft Office
