Hello! I just have to say that I love animals. I have always had dogs at home. Big, medium and small dogs. I used to work at my girlfriend&apos;s father&apos;s ranch in Mexico. It was kind of a big farm with lots of animals. Right now, I&apos;m moving to DC with some friends, and sadly I couldn&apos;t bring Choco or Chikki with me, my dogs. So I&apos;m looking for a pet care job so I can still have contact with animals. Even though I have never been paid for taking care of animals, I know I can do it, because they have been part of me all my life.

Our client is seeking a litigation legal assistant to join their dynamic litigation legal assistant department. This position will assist attorneys and Case Manager with all facets of the litigation process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- maintaining correspondence and pleadings
- utilizing litigation software such as Summation and/or Concordance
- assisting with document productions
- coordinating attorney review for relevant and privilege documents and coordinating efforts with appropriate vendors
- maintaining deposition files and deposition databases
- assisting in the preparation of witnesses for depositions
- Cite Checking
- Shepardizing and Bluebooking briefs
- assisting in all aspects of the preparation for trial and attending trial
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a bachelor&apos;s degree
- Must have extensive experience with ITC trials
- Must have several years of ITC litigation experience, including knowledge of Section 337 litigations involving patent and trademark infringement. 
- Must possess strong cite-checking skills
- Must have a familiarity with electronic filings and electronic discovery and the flexibility to travel and work overtime
