I have a 4 month old little boy who I have had in day care for the past 3 months but I am having to look elsewhere for him because the child care provider I have is moving. I pay her $100.00 a week but can negotiate, if needed. I work so the hours would be from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the very latest. I have a flexible schedule so if you need a day off or if you can't watch him one day for some reason that's no problem (I will pay the same as if he was there that day). I am a young mom as well, so I don't really know where to start in looking for child care. If you are interested please e-mail me. Thank you!

Live for free!! (ish).
Seeking responsible person to rent one room in our five bedroom home. All utilities (water, heat, AC, internet, cable, maid, pool, and food etc. included). $500 rent, however, we are also looking for someone who might be interested in bartering this fee in exchange for some nanny duties. We have a 19-month-old sweet daughter, and another baby due in August. We'd pay $10/hour for all hours put toward childcare, which is roughly 12 hours per week of child care duties. An ideal situation would be two mornings a week, and one weekend evening, although we are flexible. We would like to work something into your schedule that's convenient for you.
The ideal candidate would be a full-time student looking for a break on rent. Someone who has prior child care or nanny experience is a preferred plus. We do check work and rent references, and do a criminal/credit background check.
About us: We are in our early 30s, young professionals. Husband works at IBM as a software engineer, and wife works from home running her own business. 19-month-old daughter and another baby on the way.
About the house: It is located in the Upper East Side of Austin, near Manor 51st st. We are on the #20 bus route and it takes about 10 minutes to get to UT on bus, also an easy bike ride. Our house is a \"fixer-upper\" so often there are many home improvement projects underway, but the room in question for rent is completely fixed up and lovely, and has access to an outdoor balcony. Bathroom beside it would be unshared, completely for the tenant. You are welcome to join us for any meals, or do your own thing at any time. With 4000 square feet to share, often times you won't even notice we're here. There is a pool and hot tub in the back, which you are welcome to use. We have two friendly dogs, and one unfriendly cat.

I have two wonderful boys, one age 13 and one age 6. My 13 year old pretty much takes care of himself and is responsible, so I'm really only looking for someone to watch my 6 year old from time to time. My husband and I are really busy all the time and like to get away once in a while for some alone time. Usually, on the weekends. Sometimes just for a few hours, other times overnight, and sometimes we like to go on weekend trips. I have no pets. I don't expect you to cook a big meal, I usually order pizza or have a simple meal to warm up for the boys. No cleaning involved, other than picking up after yourself. Looking for someone responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.
