Staff Level Environmental Engineers 
Nationally established environmental consulting firm with a focus in wastewater management, infrastructure services, communication services, and outsourced technical services, seeks staff level environmental engineers. 
Potential candidates will be responsible for site inspection and remedial investigation report writing, groundwater modeling and sampling, site inspections, and analytical data evaluation. Working under the supervision of project level engineers and geologists this individual will also be responsible for coordinating drilling crews and subcontractors to work on various sites throughout Northern California. 
The most qualified candidate will have a degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Mechanical) EIT preferred but not required. Strong technical writing skills, be proficient in programs associated with Microsoft office, must have the ability to work without constant supervision. 
We are looking for entry level candidates with knowledge of environmental consulting and of remediation. Our firm works with directly with large petroleum companies performing remediation on various sites. This individual will have 0-3 years experience in environmental consulting or a related field.

* Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related area of study

JOB DESCRITION: 
As a Civil Engineer / Staff Engineer working within our Water Resource Project Studio, job responsibilities will include but will not be limited to aiding in the overall Design, Planning, and Project Coordination of Water Resource project from start to finish. Award winning Civil Engineering firm with ties throughout the entire West Coast seeks to make an immediate addition of a California Licensed Civil Engineer to our office in Sacramento, Ca. This individual will be the lead designer on public works projects in our CE and AE department. 
This Professional Engineer will have responsibilities including, but not limited to management and supervision of design, construction, and post construction capitol projects, perform design tasks, engineering calculations, supervision of staff including orientation, and leading team meetings on various projects, maintain relationships with current clients and prospecting for new business that will result in adding to the profitability of the office. The Professional Engineer will be in constant contact with our Marketing and Sales departments in an effort to bring new public works projects to the office. In addition to this, the Professional Engineer will be responsible for coordinating input and efforts with all County departments, reviewing and managing project schedules, cost estimates, project budgets along with preparing and reviewing project status reports will be an essential function of this position.
The most qualified Professional Engineer will have many of the following qualifications.
- Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of experience performing 
design on public works projects.
- Candidate must be registered in California as a P.E.
- Preparing Site Plans, Grading, Drainage, Report Preparation and 
Construction Plan Preparation
- Knowledge of applicable City policies, laws, and regulations affecting 
department activities
- Ability to negotiate and administer contracts with outside vendors and 
service providers
- Design and production of public works and private development 
improvement projects (i.e., street, drainage, water, sanitary sewer, and 
highway projects)
- Organizing and scheduling work to accomplish goals on projects within 
established budgets and timelines
- Experience with AutoCAD through version 2005 
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description: 
Lead a team of (4-6) developers tasked with the design, development and integration of software on complex special test equipment to be used by engineering and manufacturing. The candidate must have the ability to work in a multidiscipline team environment and take on technical responsibility as the need arises. Provide technical solutions to a wide range of technical problems that are imaginative, thorough and practicable. Work under general direction while independently completing tasks on time and within budget. Participate in design reviews to ensure good technical solutions utilizing the application of technical standards, principles, theories, and concepts. 
Plan and perform test assignments, with minimal supervision, involving definition of test and verification requirements, plans and sequences relative to software and hardware subsystems and resolve identified conflicting issues. Participate in test readiness reviews, and participate in design reviews. Basic Qualifications: 
-Minimum 8 years of related work experience.
