Client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for an EXPERIENCED Engineer V to perform technical assignments associated with performing plant modifications and studies for Nuclear Power Plants under the direction of the Supervising Discipline Engineer. Additional responsibilities include: Coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project; Assist in training and evaluation of assigned engineering and design/drafting personnel; Perform and review electrical calculations for circuit, voltage drop, low flow, etc. MUST HAVE the following experience: Engineering and Design of Nuclear generating Station Electrical Systems; Preparation of Nuclear Generating Plant Change Modification packages; Preparation of Power Plant Auxiliary electrical distribution system design calculations; Must be capable of obtaining unescorted access badge for Nuclear Plant. PREFERRED qualifications: PE by Exam with the ability to get Illinois PE Seal; Nuclear Power Plant design modification; Experience in project execution utilizing CAE technology; Field/Construction experience; Technically qualified in all aspects of electrical design (systems and analyses/relaying/heavy electrical equipment, etc.); Familiarity with Fermi. Heavy industrial work experience (i.e. Power Plant, Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Refineries, etc.) and work experience in an A/E and/or EPC firm is desired. BSEE degree and 7 years experience is REQUIRED.
