SITE COORDINATOR
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operation of our sub-contractors. 
Be the front line Honeywell representative for the Customer. 
Implement Honeywell&apos;s Safety program for the project. Inspect and approve the sub-contractor&apos;s work, ensuring conformance to the contract requirements. 
Review and approve progress claims. 
Resolve technical issues by involving the Project Manager or Engineer as needed. 
Manage pre-construction and regular construction meetings. 
Commission the measures and obtain customer approval of the work. 
Maintain accurate construction drawing and document records / files. 
Prepare as-builts and maintenance manuals. 
Coordinate vendor testing. 
Assist and/or deliver customer training. 
Other duties as required. 
Skills   Qualifications
Knowledge of Project Coordination and Contract Administration. 
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
Customer focused. 
Able to direct sub-contractors and resolve field issues. 
Working knowledge of MS Office. 
College Diploma or Journeyman&apos;s Trade Certificate in the Mechanical Field. 
Ideal candidate would have five years construction experience in a Foreman role. 
General contracting experience would be an asset.
