General Summary: Ensures the ultimate client service experience for our clients by providing them with superior quality service and exceptional communication, and by maintaining strong relationships with affiliates. Also responsible for decreasing the firms risk of potential malpractice claims by building trustworthy relationships with clients and resolving potential problems related to our services. Essential Functions:  Responsible for communicating with retained clients multiple times a year to ensure the affiliate is providing quality service.  Builds a solid rapport with clients to increase trust and provide constant direct communication.  Receives and responds to all client inquiry in a timely manner.  Actively listens to client needs and issues.  Maintains updated client contact information.  Follows-up with affiliates and clients to ensure that all client issues are resolved.  Educates clients on the different aspects of the case process, i.e. agreement, fees, timeline, etc.  Provides our affiliates partners and/or head attorney with a summary of client feedback on a quarterly basis.  Maintains a solid understanding of our case types and affiliate firms.  Identifies and initiates new techniques to help increase client satisfaction.  Identifies possible new litigation areas for our firm to pursue.  Works closely with the Product Manager(s) who are responsible for the same affiliates/cases.  Works with the other Client Service Representatives to help maintain a team environment. Other Functions:  Interviews potential candidates and provides feedback.  Trains new employees.  Attends conferences and classes associated with the CSR role and assigned case types. Qualifications:  Bachelors degree or minimum two (2) years experience working in a client or human services role.  Strong customer service skills.  Ability to listen and empathize with people.  Ability to deal with difficult people.  Ability to maintain confidentiality.  Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize daily tasks efficiently.  Demonstrates the ability to communicate articulately and confidently through effective speech and business writing skills.  Ability to work directly with attorneys and high level personnel.  Ability to work as part of a team and individually.  MS Office experience and/or ability to quickly learn new programs.  Fluent in Spanish, a plus.
