- Utilizing FedEx or local courier database to ship rush or large courier package(s);
- Traces items through the courier companies when needed and resolves any delivery issues in a timely manner;
- Liaises with the Business Centre Supervisor on a regular basis to ensure the Mailroom&apos;s customer service objectives are me;t
- Receive and deliver large cartons, up to 50lbs, to internal clients;
- Utilizes Lotus Notes and other job related databases as required;
- Responds to the concerns of the internal clients;
- assists the Office Services team with issues when needed.Requirements- Communications - the candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Client Service - the candidate will take ownership of any client requests, with prompt and courteous response, providing accurate information;
- People Development (Team, Self, Others) - the candidate works well, both individually and within a team environment;
- Project and Change Management - the candidate will be flexible to adapt to changing demands and pressures

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years applications DBA experience with Oracle 11i E-Business Suite including Implementations, Upgrades, Patching, Cloning, Architecture, and Performance Tuning. Oracle R12 beneficial.
- Must have experience supporting a new implementation of Oracle Applications 11i through GO-LIVE and production support. 
- Experience with E-Business data structures/schemas and APIs/interfaces. 
- Able to install, patch, clone, and administer E-Business environments with minimal supervision, including performance monitoring, backup for Oracle databases and Oracle applications.
- Capable of supporting the development team for functional enhancements, trouble shooting, and resolution in pre and post implementation support. 
- Must be familiar with Oracle Support procedures, Oracle MetaLink, and opening Service Requests. 
- Able to work effectively in a fast paced implementation environment. 
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. 
- Team player who has customer focus, brings expertise to the team, and is prepared to work with the customer to train internal DBAs.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
