Our client is looking for Technical Support Representatives. This is a great opportunity for an individual with customer service experience and a desire to learn more about the IT field (IT experience and/or education is required). 
Responsibilities include: communicating with subscribers, technicians and company representatives to provide assistance and resolve inquiries or problems with regards to online service. This individual will also have to identify, support, and resolves customer service related issues. 
To be qualified for this position one should have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to operate a computer. This individual should have the drive to work in a fast paced environment and must be willing to work flexible hours. They have to be very reliable.
The position starts with 5 weeks of paid training. It is a combination of classroom style and on the job training. 
The shift for training will either be 7:00am- 3:30pm or 3:30pm- Midnight. They will get a schedule of 8 hours, 5 days a week (40 hours total). This shift can be any 8 hour shift between 7:00 am and 12:00 midnight. One weekend day is required. 
After 3-6 months on contract they are eligible to go perm. They will be evaluated on attendance, and performance.
