Aerotek client has an accounts payable opening in the Baltimore area.
As a member of the Finance division, the Accounting Specialist will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. The candidate must be a team player with a personable and positive demeanor. Individuals should be detail oriented, possess above average written and verbal communication skills, a mastery of basic math skills and the ability to solve problems. Candidate must have experience with Peoplesoft applications!
Responsibilities of the position include: 
1) Reviewing, coding, data entry, payment and filing of vendor invoices, check requests and expense reports. 
2) Answering inquiries from vendors and internal customers. 
3) Responsible for administering, maintaining, accounting for, and reconciling the Corporate Purchasing Card program. 
4) Processing a high volume of accounting transactions in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy. 
Requirements:
Candidates must have a proficient use of Peoplesoft, and Microsoft Office (both Excel and Word). Knowledge of AP&apos;s impact on G/L and Project Accounting. 
An AA Degree is preferred, candidates with a HS Diploma will be considered. Applicants should also have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in an accounts payable department performing similar duties.

The Marketing Representatives will have the following responsibilities:
-Places outbound calls to prospective customers using lead information provided from various marketing channels. 
-Utilizes strong interpersonal and sales skills to influence prospects to enroll in one or more of our programs.
Qualified candidates will have:
-Minimum 1 to 2 years prior outbound telesales, customer services, or related sales experience is required, preferably in a call center.
-Experience in working with multiple products and/or services, preferably in a financial environment is preferred.
This is a full time position that pays $15.00 per hour plus bonus.
