Our client is a leading global provider of technology-based outsourcing solutions to the financial services industry. They are currently seeking a Business Development Manager, who would be responsible for selling a wide array of cost-effective solutions to global banks, retail, institutional and discount brokerage firms, correspondent clearing firms, mutual and hedge funds, investment firms, public corporations and other institutions. 
Job Description : 
* Develop list of target accounts based on Company*s service offering 
* Call into the prospect base to generate leads and convert them into opportunities 
* Define compelling solutions and develop proposals 
* Present the proposals to the customer and follow-up to win it 
* Find ways to cross-sell and up-sell in the existing accounts 
* Study competitive landscape to find out how competition is doing and how Company can do better 
* Determine solutions/frameworks that will be valuable to the customers 
Experience   Qualification : 
* Over 3 years of proven experience of selling into securities firms 
* Knowledge of software development, testing, and support service requirements of software companies, ASPs, and IT organizations 
* Existing relationships with the prospect base 
* Aptitude of selling as a \&quot;Hunter\&quot; 
Compensation 
- Base salary $60-70K 
- Large commission with potential to clear $140K your first year

Job Description:

Job Title: Â Â Â Â Â Senior Litigation Support Specialist
Â 
SUMMARY 
Provide administrative, technical, and operational integration of litigation support technology to the Firm&apos;s attorneys, litigation analysts, and paralegals.Â Â Act as a project leader and senior team member on litigation support and e-discovery projects with Project Manager and Technical Operations staff.

Â 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Â 
Delegate to and supervise junior staff on miscellaneous tasks including: data media duplication, data assessment, imaging (TIFF or PDF), spreadsheet manipulation, litigation graphics projects, coordinate and assist with tiff blowback and native file print.
Â 
Participate in research, development, and implementation of tools and processes to enhance departmental service offerings.
Â 
Communicate with legal team to define requirements, organization, and management of projects involving case-related documents and data.
Â 
Develop recommendations, plans, cost estimates, budgets, procedures, and specifications for coding/imaging projects and in-house e-discovery projects.
Â 
Coordinate creation of document productions (paper, image, native format) and advise legal team of requirements, formats, etc., and the exchange/sharing of data with client, co-counsel, etc.
Â 
Shepherd all phases of production database creation- define case needs, design database structure, coordinate scanning and coding, collaborate with technical team to achieve project needs, engage and manage litigation support vendors, etc.
Â 
Provide ongoing support for database end-users which includes training, search assistance, troubleshooting, etc.
Â 
Provide database training (Concordance/Opticon, LiveNote, etc.) and assist users with searches
Â 
Participate in trial prep, which includes coordinating vendors, assisting with designations, coordinating graphic projects, and providing database and other technical support
Â 
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 
Supervise and delegate junior level staff on miscellaneous tasks.

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONSÂ 
Thorough knowledge of the litigation process and expertise in the use of technology to support litigation efforts in both traditional litigation support and e-discovery projects
Ability to communicate the jargon of technical solutions to a non-technical audience
Demonstrated expertise with Concordance, LiveNote, and other litigation support tools
Expertise in some/all of these additional tools:Â Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Trial Director, Sanction, etc.
Ability to multi-task, perform under tight time constraints and manage competing deadlines
Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills and share expertise with others
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 
\&quot;Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â BA/BS degree
\&quot;Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Minimum of 4 years working experience preferably in a law firm or litigation support service provider
