DUTIES   RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Serve as team coordinator assigned to detailed projects / processes as assigned by management.
Follow-up and communicate with brokers and sales assistants concerning outstanding process related issues.
Escalate trends / issues / concerns appropriately.
Work to integrate and improve processes into the Process and Control area from other operations groups.
Will be the owner / co-owner of a particular process or processes.
Monitor daily quality reports. 
Actively seek ways to improve processes and controls.
Meet expectations for departmental goals around: accuracy, turn time and production volume.
Administers the error correction process including: research, resolution, reporting and trend analysis. 
Performs quality checks on incoming documents and requests pertaining to the processes.
Mentor, coach and provide feedback to new hires on departmental processes and procedures.
Create and maintain written departmental processes and procedures.
Has the capability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization in a concise and professional manner.
Proactively communicate issues and identifies solutions that are representative of the client&apos;s and Fifth Third&apos;s needs.
Respond promptly to incoming telephones and/or emails from licensed representatives and non-licensed sales personnel.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
High school diploma with 3 years of related business experience; bachelor&apos;s degree preferred. 
Knowledge of the securities industry and SEC / NSAD regulations. 
Reconciliation experience is a plus. 
Experience with Microsoft office products, such as Word and Excel. 
Customer Service and Data entry or related skills. 
Must have the ability to work with minimum supervision.

This position is a contract to hire with the possibility of going permanent based on performance. Once the contract position is over, the candidate will be able to earn 27% of his or her total collections (in addition to the hourly wage).

As a Phlebotomy Services Representative, you will perform the daily activities as described below: 
Basic Purpose:
Phlebotomy Services Representatives, under the direction of the area supervisor, performs daily phlebotomy activities of the Patient Service Center (PSC)/Mobile/In-office Phlebotomy (IOP) accurately and on time. Maintain a safe and professional environment. Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures. Maintains required records and documentation. Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Greet customers appropriately. Treat all customers in a courteous manner.2 Ensures all field phlebotomy and specimens are collected accurately and on time. a Collects specimens according to established procedures. b Responsible for completing requisitions accurately. c Calls clients to confirm handwritten orders, verify test(s) ordered, obtain accurate billing information, i.e. Diagnosis codes, UPIN information, etc. d Researches test/client information utilizing lab computer system or Directory of Service. e Labels, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by test order. f Packages specimens for transport.3 Maintains required records and documentation. a Reads, understands and complies with departmental policies, protocols and procedures: (i.e. Procedure Manuals, Safety Manual, Compliance Manual, Automobile policies and procedures, Employee Handbook, Quality Assurance Manual). b Maintains all appropriate PSC/Phlebotomy logs. c Assists with compilation of monthly statistics and data. Submits data on time monthly. d Performs basic clerical duties, i.e. filing, faxing, preparing mail. Will be required to perform electronic data entry. e Submits accurate time and travel logs as directed by management and on time.4 Demonstrates organizational commitment. a Adheres to departmental and company code of grooming and dress code and lab coat policies, appearing neat and clean at all times. b Reports on time to work, following attendance guidelines. c Answers the telephone in a friendly and helpful manner, by incorporating the company name, self-identification and a helpful statement d Communicates appropriately with clients, patients, coworkers and the general public. e Communicates all unresolved problems immediately to the appropriate Manager, Supervisor, Group Leader or Phlebotomy Services Rep. II for resolution. Remains polite and courteous at all times.5 Miscellaneous duties and responsibilities. a Keeps work area neat and clean. Disposes of biohazard containers when scheduled. b Help with inventories and other tasks as assigned. c Stocks supplies as needed. d Performs other department-related clerical duties when assigned. e Answers phone and dispatch calls when assigned. f Participates on teams and special projects when asked. g All other duties as assigned, within scope of position.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Experience:
1 year Phlebotomy experience- pediatric and geriatric capillary and venipuncture.
Special Requirements:
1 Must be flexible and available based on staffing requirements; weekends, holidays, on call and overtime.2 Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.3 Demonstrates good organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, is able to manage concerns of patients and employees in a professional manner.4 Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high volume setting

· Answer incoming phone calls and persuade prospective residents to visit the property. 
· Greet prospective residents and determine their needs and preferences before showing them model apartments.

· Maintain an awareness of market conditions and trends. He/she will be expected to contribute ideas to the property manager for improving resident satisfaction. 
Administrative 
· Complete guest cards on all prospects, send thank you notes and perform visitor follow-up. 
· Process all lease applications, assist with application verification and notify prospective residents of their application status. 
· Prepare all new resident lease paperwork. 
· Physically inspect the property grounds, pick up litter and report any outstanding maintenance needs. 
· Prepare, organize, and file reports and other resident correspondence.

Are you an experienced Technical troubleshooter? Have you worked in a Call Center Help Desk setting? 
If so, this position may be for you! In this role, you will talk with management, administrative and technical staff to determine information needs, data flow and customer trouble resolution. Must have a good understanding of CMA network voice data and text transmission. Assist in testing of new handsets, network features or network enhancements. Will coordinate the work flow of support staff using trouble tracking software. Must have good working knowledge base in telephony and wireless handset technology. Must be familiar with common carriers services and CDMA wireless technology.
