About the job 
The Sales and Marketing Manager analyzes market opportunities, manages sales leads and is responsible for managing and coaching the sales team. As manager and coach of the sales team, the Sales and Marketing Manager acts as their primary reference regarding customer service and satisfaction, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, prices, terms and paperwork. 
PRINCIPAL DUTIES: 
1.Analyzes the market and current business performance. Develops strategies to pursue target markets and accounts, consistent with corporate mission and objectives. 
2.Selects strategic accounts for sales focus and sets aggressive individual and team goals. Maintains proper sales staffing levels and sets individual sales target and key account assignments.

4.Bilingual (English/French) preferred.

Nos bureaux sont situés au centre-ville de Montréal au 1, Place Ville-Marie. Le titulaire de ce poste devra être à l&apos;écoute de nos clients tous les jours, lorsqu&apos;ils ont le plus besoin de nos services.
Ce poste convient aux personnes qui aiment travailler dans un environnement effervescent, parler au téléphone et servir les gens. Les personnes qui réussissent dans ce type de poste sont très axées sur le service à la clientèle.
Heures d&apos;ouvertures
Les horaires de travail sont conçus pour assurer la disponibilité des employés de RBC selon les besoins des clients. Notre service est ouvert sept jours sur sept ; les candidats doivent être disposés à travailler sur différents quarts de travail, selon les heures d&apos;ouverture suivantes : du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 22 h et le samedi/dimanche, de 9 h à 18 h - les quarts du week-end seront faits en alternance. Les employés ont un horaire de travail à temps plein, mais ils peuvent travailler sur différents quarts au cours d&apos;un même mois.
Principales responsabilités:
1. Répondre en français et en anglais aux appels entrants des clients, assurer un service rapide et efficace et aider les clients à combler leurs besoins en matière d&apos;assurances vie et voyage (la maîtrise de l&apos;anglais et du français est obligatoire).
2. Régler les problèmes au premier point de contact de façon amicale et serviable.
3. Prendre connaissance des demandes de règlement relatives à différents produits d&apos;assurance et conseiller les demandeurs en ce qui concerne la marche à suivre et la documentation nécessaire.
4. Consigner tous les renseignements de façon claire, concise et efficace dans le dossier du client en respectant les directives et les différentes pratiques du service.
5. Respecter les règles de conformité lors du traitement des opérations qui portent précisément sur les ventes et les objectifs de qualité des appels.
6. Atteindre les objectifs de vente et de qualité du traitement des appels.
Exigences de l&apos;emploi:
1. Détenir le permis en assurance de personnes de l&apos;AMF.
2. Expérience en assurance vie ou dans un centre de contact ou dans un environnement de service à la clientèle sont considérés comme des atouts majeurs.
