The position is on the second shift from 3:30PM to 12:00AM. Pay ranges between $20 and $22 per hour based on turning (Lathe) experience.

- Operation and Setup of machines
- CNC Turning Machines
- CNC Lathe Machines
- Blueprint Reading
- 4 years minimum experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

shop theory and procedures  shop mathematics  machineability of materials  and layout techniques  Can do multi tasking with several set ups on running 3 4 machines at one time  Consistency in performance  Study blueprints  sketches  drawings  manuals  specifications  or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece  sequence of operations  and set up requirements  Selects  aligns  and secures holding fixtures  cutting tools  attachments  accessories  and materials on machines  such as mills  lathes  jig borers  grinders  and tooling pre setter  Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors  such as speed  feed  coolant flow and enter command to retrieve  input or edit computerized machine control media  observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine controls or control media as required  Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications  using precision measuring instruments  Measures  marks  and scribes dimensions and reference points on material or work piece as guides for subsequent machining  Sets up and operates machine on trial run to verify accuracy of
