Review products, conduct mission and gap analysis, and propose solutions that translate operational concepts into relevant information to support Army institutional processes. Participate in discussion/working groups/conferences with external organizations. Maintain currency on Joint, Army and TRADOC concepts, doctrine, regulations, directives and procedures. 
Requirements: Architecture or functional area expertise and knowledge of the enterprise architecture core processes and lines of business. Trained in OO/UML methods. Successfully completed/mastered one or more architecture processes. Completed formal architecture training/certification in one or more architecture processes, techniques or tools. Ability to review Army Concepts and Capabilities and conduct decomposition of their associated activities and tasks desired. Capable of conducting independent assessment/analysis. Strong oral and written communications skills. SECRET clearance. Four year degree required: BS Information Management, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred. 
Desired: Army experience and knowledge of Army organizations, concepts, doctrine, and regulations. Prior experience in OA development. Additional experience in combat developments and/or acquisition process.

Performs billing, research, correspondence, independent problem solving skills of account billing within timeframe expectations set by PFS management. Basic knowledge of specific insurance regulations for job opening specified. Ability to work with medical records coding and transcription for proper coding and billing procedures. Experience with electronic billing systems if applicable. Utilizes top customer service skills with all customers: patients, government agencies, commercial insurances, other hospital departments, physiciansÃ¢â¬â¢ offices, attorneysÃ¢â¬â¢ offices. 
Basic Education: CPC certification with High School or GED
Basic Experience: 6 months
Basic Field-of-Expertise (if applicable): 6 months 
Desired experience: working with physician billing systems and coding and/or auditing physician billing. Experience with NextGen specifically a plus.
