Position:
Conduct financial and operational audits to ensure that financial reporting, information technology and management controls are operating efficiently and effectively in support of worldwide business operations. 
Using a \&quot;risk-based\&quot; approach, analyze current operating practices, policies and procedures; assess compliance with GMIâs standards and policies as well as legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting, financial, and human resource functions; and recommend changes to improve compliance, risk management and organization/business unit performance. 
Plan and supervise assigned audit activities with little assistance.

-Research assigned business units prior to audits and participate in risk identification and the development of audit plans. 
-Perform audits, including some as the lead auditor, on operating units, corporate departments, and cross-functional processes. Provide coaching and guidance to Analysts working on assigned audit engagements.

Manufacturing/Packaging Engineer â St Gabriel, LA 
Role Purpose â 
Ensure smooth interface of packaging components (Jugs/Bags/Caps/Seals/Boxes/Pallets/Etc.)as designed by Packaging Development into the St. Gabriel site packaging facility. Supports the introduction of these components into the plant, either by designing modifications to equipment or suggesting design modifications to the package. Specifies new equipment as required.
b) Support and ensure packaging line and equipment performance. Provides engineering expertise in working with company technicians in determining root cause and designing lasting solutions. Develops robust maintenance/predictive maintenance plans to ensure packaging quality and rate These plans support the most critical quality attributes, which include torque, seals, closure strength, etc.
c) Develop scope and implementation of small capital investments to continually improve operations. These are usually outcomes of work related to b) above.
Accountabilities â

â¢ Ensures schedules for equipment modifications do not negatively impact packaging production schedules.
â¢ Examines scope of new projects to determine if packaging requirements can be met with existing equipment.
â¢ Develop scope for new packaging requirements to interface the package with the people and equipment.
â¢ Works with engineering support to develop cost estimates for modifications
â¢ Implements small capital projects on time, on performance, on cost.
â¢ Provide technical support on packaging equipment
â¢ Lean work process development in Packaging.
