The PeopleSoft HR Project Manager (PM) is directly accountable/responsible for successful project delivery of consulting engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PeopleSoft applications. They are also responsible for issuing special reports on any issues that emerge from their oversight.
Education: To be eligible for this position, applicants must have a degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or other related fields, with a minimum of 24 hours of accounting. CPA certification is preferred.
Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading financial statement audits or major sections of financial statement audits by managing all aspects of design, data collection and analysis, message development, and report writing, as well as ensuring the quality and value of all related products for the full range of engagements in accordance with professional auditing standards.
Applicants MUST meet the requirements of the following selective placement factor:
-Extensive substantive and recent management experience in planning, conducting, and supervising financial statement audits of mid-size to large and complex financial institutions including, banks, and broker-dealers, whose portfolio of products offered and services provided include the areas of residential and commercial mortgages and any securities, obligations or other financial instruments that are based on or related to such mortgages. Specifically, such portfolios may include, but are not limited to:

The successful candidate will provide operational input for developing human factors assessment documentation to include an Investment Analysis Human Factor Assessment and an Integrated Human Factors Plan. You will also provide operational expertise to support developing an operational safety assessment of the data communications program and a preliminary hazard analysis for the data communications system. You must have prior certification as an air traffic controller and a minimum of 8 years experience in one or more operational facilities, i.e. ARTCC, TRACON, tower, etc. in order to be considered for this position.

Principal Optical Engineer
Experience with Solid State Laser Products; Transitioning to Production 
Perform professional technical work which is complex in nature and requires in-depth knowledge and diversified application of optical engineering principles, theories, concepts, practices and techniques generally used to solve problems within a defined field of technology. 
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Lead Design   Development Projects. Lead design projects or segments of major projects responsible for achievement of schedule, cost and technical requirements. Direct and supervise the work of lower level engineers, designers, and support personnel as assigned. Take ownership and responsibility for the product design. 
Conduct Product Design   Development. Interpret system specifications and reduce to optical design requirements. Create conceptual designs, assess risks, conduct design trade studies, and develop cost effective products that meet the program requirements for packaging systems in space, airborne, shipboard and ground-based environments. 
Perform Planning and Reporting. Formulate a design plan or work from technical objectives and overall schedules as specified by senior project staff. As Lead Optical Engineer, act as Cost Account Manager (CAM) on large to moderate size projects responsible for achievement of schedule, fiscal and performance objectives. Report progress at weekly status meetings and internal/customer design reviews as required. Coordinate work activities with other groups. 
Perform Optical Analyses. Perform analyses and computer simulations of complex electro-optical systems. Solve problems requiring a broad knowledge of optical or opto-mechanical principles. Develop comprehensive trade-studies that are reviewed by both senior program staff and external customers. 
Direct Fabrication and Test of Hardware. Develop test plans and direct the fabrication of prototypes. Conduct or direct sub-system optical testing to validate compliance to system requirements. Provide technical direction to supporting personnel to resolve design and related manufacturing problems. Ensure producibility of designs. 
Demonstrate Continuous Improvement. Adhere to IEWS&apos; Quality System guidelines, and demonstrate compliance to the Optical Design Process. Lead efforts to improve the process and work to meet engineering objectives. Maintain knowledge in areas of specialization and is cognizant of developments in other related fields. Publish in scientific or professional journals or represent organization in professional societies. 
Support Proposal Development. Participate in the preparation of technical proposals. Use experience to baseline conceptual designs during the proposal effort.
