PURPOSE
Account Managers own the relationship with their assigned accounts through the account management structure and orchestrate the deployment of COMPANY resources required to achieve the companyâs commercial objectives. The account manager represents COMPANY in front of his assigned group of customers and manages the customer/COMPANY relationships. Thus, the main objective of this position is to achieve profitable growth with the assigned accounts in North America in line with COMPANY&apos;s overall corporate objectives, leveraging business know-how, customer development and customer service expertise for sustained high levels of customer satisfaction. This position has a strong emphasis on business development -hunting vs. farming. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAchieve year-to-year revenue growth targets.
Develop new business for increased account penetration.
Achieve profit margins agreed with the solution lines.
Attain customer satisfaction objectives.
Grow COMPANYâs account penetration with respect to year-to-year revenue growth and committed new business, protect existing revenue streams and ensure customer retention in the area of North America. 
Conduct account development planning sessions in cooperation with the COMPANY Business Units (SBU) and other critical COMPANY stakeholders to proactively position COMPANY solutions for all aspects of the client business.
Drive the entire sales process for the assigned accounts from pre-sales over sales closure through to post-sales support, and manage the interface with COMPANY Business Unit operations service delivery and fault management. 
Lead contract negotiations either directly or facilitate contract negotiations with the specialized sales. 
Identify, coordinate, and deploy global COMPANY resources to support the achievement of defined revenue targets, new business, and customer satisfaction.
Build and manage the sales pipeline for assigned accounts in North America, quantify and qualify an active sales backlog to sustain a steady revenue stream for a defined period of time.
Analyze and document the decision making process at the assigned accounts in North America, define key stakeholders, and establish an account relationship which allows to influence the decision making process. 
Identify competition and competitive actions within the assigned accounts in North America and which potentially threaten COMPANYâs commercial position at the accounts. Take proactive actions to strengthen and reinforce COMPANYâs presence. Communicate competitive information to COMPANY marketing.
Ensure that the customers are invoiced correctly and in a timely fashion and keep DSO at defined levels.
Orchestrate project management resources to ensure project supervision for all account specific projects.
Required Skills:
BA/MBA, Commercial education, Technology degree with a strong Commercial focus.
Proven track record (5 years) in consultative and/or solution selling to large clients. Strong sales and/or sales management experience (5 years), ideally with P L responsibility and proven account development track record. Sales experience in the air transport community will be a strong asset but extensive solution selling experience of complex and integrated Information Technology solutions will be sufficient.

Position Objective: 
The facility EHS manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all environmental and safety initiatives at the site. This will include implementing and maintaining corporate management systems such as SAFE, BBS and SES. The EHS manager will ensure that the facility complies with all applicable OSHA, EPA and other federal, state and local regulations related to environmental and safety compliance. The EHS manager will report directly to the Plant Manager and will work closely with the Divisional EHS manager assigned to their respective division.
Essential Duties: 
1. Maintain and promote the SAFE system including training programs. 
2. Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets. 
3. Champion the Behavioral Based Safety Program 
4. Participate, monitor, and supervise the Advanced Safety Audit (ASA) program. 
5. Conduct periodic facility safety/environmental audits. 
6. Manage all reporting functions related to safety. 
7. Maintain and promote the Shaw Environmental System including implementation, administration, training, etc... 
8. Manage all facility permit issues (Title V, Wastewater, etc..)   develop systems to ensure maintenance of permit conditions. 
9. Coordinate SARA Title III reporting for the facility. 
10. Track and manage all wastes generated at the facility. 
11. Work closely with Corporate and Divisional Risk Management staff on all Safety   Environmental issues. 
12. Serve as liaison with local emergency responders. 
13. Lead and/or participate on Six Sigma projects. 
14. Participate on facility Ergonomics committee. 
15. Manage all DOT regulations and compliance requirements for facilities. 
16. Review all incident investigation reports. 
17. Address all Worker&apos;s Compensation cases. 
18. Involvement with security for facilities.
Computer experience: 
Excel, Powerpoint, Notes, Word, Lotus SmartSuite etc... Good supervisory, organizational, and people skills necessary to manage multifaceted jobs. Professional ethics, tact, and courtesy in dealing with people. Good problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Ability to work with minimum supervision.
