SUPERVISOR: GROUP MANAGER TRAINING 
POSITION SUMMARY: Performing various duties pertaining to the set-up and operation of new M M Meat Shops stores. Incumbents must be willing to travel extensively and cope with a rigorous physical workload as well as actively participate in on-going training and instructional programs. 
DUTIES   RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 Traveling to M M store sites to assist with physical set-up of new store. (installation of certain equipment   supplies, menu boards   signage). 
 Assist with \&quot;in-store, hands-on-training\&quot; in the daily operations of M M Meat Shops stores (sales techniques, product knowledge, stocking, housekeeping, equipment use   maintenance, point-of-sale system, customer service, product sampling). 
 Proven ability to function calmly   professionally in a stressful setting as a team member to create a supportive atmosphere for new franchisees and/or staff. 
 Assist (once store is open) with creating   keeping customers for the new M M Meat Shops store by promoting company philosophies, reputation for quality   friendly, helpful service. 
 Assist with planning, organizing,   preparing for Grand Opening Day. 
 Participate in Grand Opening Day by performing various duties as assigned. 
 Occasionally required to assist with training seminars for existing stores. 
 Accurately receive food orders, and checks invoices at the store level. 
 Unpack food products, stock and organize store freezers and coolers. 
 Extensive lifting   working in a cold environment is a requirement of this position (30-50 pounds). 
 Extensive travel is a requirement in this position (3-8 weeks at a time within Manitoba, Ontario   Atlantic Canada). 
MINIMUM CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: 
 Infectious positive attitude   creative problem solving skills are required. 
 Exceptional written   verbal communication skills. 
 Working experience in Microsoft Word and Excel. 
 Candidates must be adaptable   flexible with their schedules due to the extensive amount of travel that is required. Work schedule may include evenings, weekends   holidays. 
 Motivation, drive   enthusiasm for the M M Meat Shops concept, brand   philosophies. 
 2+ years experience in the training field, preferably in the retail industry would be an asset. 
 A degree or diploma in business, training or a related field.
