                        <description><![CDATA[POSITION PURPOSE -
Operations Manager oversee&apos;s the day-to-day responsibilies of the department. Responsible for working with national cleaning contracts with commercial accounts nationwide. Manages the Customer Service Representatives in the department insuring that the terms of the National Cleaning contracts are fulfilled. Manage the activities of the staff to provide excellent customer and franchise supports and maintain Key Performance Indicators for the Call Center while insuring these services level are maintained. Assists Sales in acquiring new National Cleaning Accounts. Handles 24 hour/ 7 day per week National Water Damage Restoration Program. Some traveling required.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -
Supervise Corporate Services call center staff including; call queue activity, hiring/training of new and existing employees.
Assist in acquiring new and management of National Cleaning Accounts
Problem solving, handling of customer and franchisee complaints and/or problems. Oversee all payables and receivables for Corporates Services Department
Manage 24/7 National Water Damage Restoration Services Program
NATURE AND SCOPE -
Typically reports to CFO, Chem-Dry
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS -
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -
EDUCATION REQUIRED -
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor&apos;s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. 
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE - 2
CERTIFICATES/LICENSES -
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS -
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Requires experience dealign with customers. Experience in working with franchisees or subcontractors helpful. Previous call center experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Must be able to work well with others, have personal drive to meet objectives, and be able to motivate and direct a team to meet service objecties.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -
Associates Degree 
Experience with Prairie Fyre Call Center Software
Helpful to understand JDE software
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES -
Exvellent knowledge of Excel and Crystal Reports
Previous Sales Experience - 2 years minimum
