The CSI Companies are currently seeking a Communications Liason.Â The purpose of this positon is toÂ streamline communication on patient status with family members, friends, and acquaintances of this practices&apos;Â current surgical patients. 
Â 
Our client has identified both a customer service and an operational need to consistently and effectively communicate with family, friends, and acquaintances of surgical patients. It is common that a necessary circumstance will trigger an immediate need to communicate with this particular individual or group of individual. 
Â 
Each patient&apos;s family member, friend, or acquaintance will be notified of the updated status of the current surgical patient. 
Â 
Each patient will have four notification status periods that they will undergo prior, during, or after their surgical appointment. The three status periods are: 
1)Â Â Â Â Â Pre-operative status 
2)Â Â Â Â Â Operative Status 
3)Â Â Â Â Â Post-operative Status 
4)Â Â Â Â Â Recovery Status

Both personnel and technology will be utilized to streamline communication with the patient family members, friends, and acquaintances.

The patient service liaison will be responsible for attaining the main contact information of the family member, friend, and acquaintance who is accompanying the patient.

The patient service liaison will be responsible for receiving updated status on the patient&apos;s status in co ordinance with the notification status period and relaying this information to the family member, friend, or acquaintance.

The chosen Data Network Engineer will be responsible for providing custom data network operational support, design, engineering and planning for complex global data network and communications projects involving TCP/IP and related protocol connectivity for networks supporting customers in a 7x24 environment. This positionÂ will beÂ directly responsible for the management of the interoperability between Cisco and Juniper Layer 3 platforms, through the use of alarm and ticket systems, individually designed customized scripts, customer notification and business partner escalations. Responsibilities willÂ include providing real time, in-depth analysis and real time trouble resolution of incidents associated with the Cisco, Juniper and associated operations support systems and data communications network technology platforms. This will require a solid technical background in data communications switches and routers and 3+ years experience with Cisco MGX45, MGX1, Axis, BPX, IPX, RPM XFs, RPM PRs, GSRs, Lucent CBX500, GX550 and STDX900 platforms. The chosen Engineer will be well-versed in classic ATM/FR communications and highly skilled in TCP/IP, will have strong Layer 1 transport skills including experience withÂ SONET, T3/E3 and T1/D1, and will have aÂ complete understanding of Layer 2 switching concepts as well as configuring and troubleshooting VLANs, an understanding of IEEE 802. 3z Gigabit Ethernet Standard and a solid technical background on Cisco and Lucent MSPs (Multi-services Platforms). US citizenship and validÂ drivers licenseÂ areÂ required. Must be able to work all shifts,Â weekends and holidays as necessary. US Citizenship required. CCNA is required or 3+ years experience. A CCNP is desired. Experience with the following is either required or desired by the client, as can be seen below, keeping in mind that resumes must reflect the required experience in order to be considered:

The expected start date is December 8, 2008. The expected end date for thisÂ 2 yearÂ project isÂ December 8,Â 2010.Â The work schedule isÂ 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, however, the chosen Engineer will be expected to work a variety of shifts, holidays and weekends when necessary.

TheÂ chosen personÂ can work as a W2 employee or a 1099 contractor. Our (S3&apos;s) benefits package (to include medical and dental insurance) will be offered to those who opt to be W2 employees.Â For those considered for the position, you will be asked to provide your required hourly salary. The pay is commensurate with experience with the high end being as follows:
1099 with no benefits = $54 per hour.
W2 employee with no benefits = $50 per hour
W2 employee with benefits for self = $48 per hour
W2 employee with benefits for self and spouse = $46 per hour
W2 employee with benefits for self and family = $46 per hour (the same as above)
As a 1099, you can choose to be paid when we are paid by client or net 20 (which includes a 3% discount) or net 30 (which includes a 2% discount), but the 1st check is net 45.
