Manufacturing Engineer-Sr Provide subject matter expertise to concept, analyze and design Numerical Control Programs for CNC mills, lathes, EDM, water jet and other equipment to improve current process yields and/or troubleshoot and diagnose issues to correct any manufacturing and program process deficiencies. Develop, document and implement manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control. Provide interpretation and analysis of scanned data, to include point clouds, surfaces and other electronic input. Adapt program and equipment design to factory and production conditions. Inspect performance of machinery, equipment and tools to verify their efficiency and investigate and initiate corrective action problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality. Required Skills: CATIA V4, NC-Programming, PC Computer, problem resolution, processes, decision making, tool design, tooling knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft office suite of products. Description of Work: Provides overall network support for a broad range of programs and customers.
