Loads database and image information into litigation support packages; create and process specialized indices as needed. 
Converts data between various file formats, assist in data cleansing exercises, and create appropriate file directory structures for the management of data. 
Organizes and print documents from litigation support databases and other electronic media and assist in creating electronic document productions. 
Prepares, scans and OCRâs documents for importing into specialized databases. 
Qualifications:
Computer Savvy is a must. 
Must be a fast learner. 
Prior Litigation Support Experience in a Law firm is a plus. 
Expereince utilizing Concordance, IPRO and LAW 5.0 
Knowledge on how to load data and transcripts. 
Law Firm experience is a plus 
Education:
BA Degree
Technical Certifications are a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:
Litigation Support Service Center - Criminal Division. Provide technical support for the various litigation support tools including Summation, Concordance, IPRO, Opticon and Sanction. Technical support includes scanning documents, maintaining databases, creating and loading image and data load files into various litigation software applications. Training attorneys, paralegals and other staff on litigation software. Producing monthly reports. Reviewing vendor invoices for the government. Maintenance of user passwords and user groups. Occasional travel to other litigation offices. Edit user manuals for various litigation tools.
Required Qualifications:

Job Description:
Telecommunications Information Systems Officers (TISOs) specializing in Field Engineering (F/E) provide system analyses and assessments of specialized telecommunications systems, networks, or components. F/Eâs also install, upgrade, modify, configure and document communications systems and can serve as the project manager on projects of various sizes and durations. The specialized systems include, but are not limited to, data communications, Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), UHF/VHF radio networks, terrestrial communication, and satellite/microwave communication capabilities. Given the variety of responsibilities, good communication skills, a firm understanding of technical requirements and an ability to work closely with other professionals is imperative.
Physical Work Requirements: Duties of F/Eâs include being able to single-handedly deploy up to 45-pound communications systems and being prepared for prolonged use of destruction equipment (, sledge-hammers, nail guns, disintegrators, and degaussers) and removal of equipment from racks ( servers weighing up to 75 pounds).
F/E Officers will typically spend 20-40% of their career abroad on assignments that last between one to three years in length and are also required to participate in temporary travel assignments. Officers receive a variety of overseas benefits and allowances that positively impact overall compensation.
Minimum qualifications include the following: An associate&apos;s degree in Computer Engineering Technology, Computer Systems Network Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology or similar degrees from a technical trade school. A GPA of at least on a scale is also required. The TISO F/E educational requirement (, undergraduate degree) may be substituted with equivalent military or civilian technical background in electronics, information systems, computer technology, or technical certification by the Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) organization as a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) and/or RCDD-LAN Specialist, Cisco Systems as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE). Additional desired skills include general construction skills and a working knowledge of electrical power systems

Job Description:
The Central Intelligence Agency is seeking qualified Engineering Specialists (ES) at the Entry through Full Performance level to work as part of a multi-disciplined, diversified and fast-paced team responsible for installing, configuring, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting utility support equipment. Candidates will be responsible for a broad range of duties to include training and guiding field personnel on a variety of equipment, including diesel generators and related electrical support equipment; heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment (HVAC); plumbing systems; power distribution equipment and grids; and uninterruptible power systems.
Physical Work Requirements: Duties of ES Officers include being able to single-handedly deploy up to 45-pound communications systems and being prepared for prolonged use of destruction/installation equipment (, sledge-hammers, nail guns, hammer drills and pipe benders) and removal/installation of equipment ( cable pullers, welding torches, hydraulic lifts).
ES Officers will typically spend 40 â 60% of their careers abroad on assignments that last between one to three years in length and are also required to participate in temporary travel assignments. Officers receive a variety of overseas benefits and allowances that positively impact overall compensation.
Minimum requirements include an associate&apos;s degree in industrial/electrical technology, UPS systems, diesel engine service, or HVAC, or a minimum of five years of work in building management systems experience in two of these fields. A GPA of at least on a scale is also required.
Candidates should be able to install, configure, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide training and guidance on utility support equipment. Fabrication, welding, brazing and installation experience; project management ability; working knowledge of utility systems installation, maintenance and engineering; the ability to provide good customer-service in the customer&apos;s environment; strong interpersonal, organizational and communications skills; solid writing, speaking and listening skills; and a firm understanding of engineering principles and methods, National Electrical Standards, and safety, installation and security standards are also required. Candidates must be self-starters who can manage multiple projects simultaneously with fluctuating priorities and who have proficiency in MS Office. A Type III or Universal EPA certification for refrigerant recovery; experience as a contract manager or contract officer technical representative; and a journeyman&apos;s or master&apos;s license in either the electrical or plumbing trades is preferred.
