JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide logistics support for the C-130 Program. Develop, manage, and direct key programs and activities for aircraft Maintenance Operations. Support personnel responsible for reporting fleet health, personnel, and resources. Provide senior management advice, guidance, and direction on a wide range of maintenance support and administrative issues. Support development and implementation of budget, personnel management, maintenance operations, scheduling of aircraft maintenance and flying schedules, maintenance information systems database management, FMS, supplies, training, and programs and mobility functions. Position will assist the Manager and Project Leads (PjL&apos;s) with logistics tasking deemed necessary to meet team goals and mission requirements. 
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: High school education and 10+ years of related experience. Must be a strong team player and possess exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills, along with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, with special attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communications skills are required. Candidate must have the ability to work with minimal supervision and be able to adapt to changing requirements. Position may require travel.
