Duties
The desktop support specialist will provide hardware support to 600+ users. They will be responsible to upgrading and installing hardware and software. They will be responsible for re-imaging PCâs and laptops using an already created image.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: Candidate will provide technical writing and editing support to the Integrated Communications and Information Systems Division (IC ISD) Narrowband/Baseband (NB3) Upgrade Project. He/She will assist with producing change pages to Air Force Technical Orders. Candidate will perform, but will not be limited to, the following duties: gathering and determining the source data to be used in the change pages; writing, editing and creating the change pages for replacement in the Technical Orders; and reviewing and editing several training modules as they are completed. He/She will also edit other technical documentation as required. 
Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelorâs degree from an accredited institution and one (1) year of technical editing experience are required. Associateâs degree from an accredited institution and four (4) years of technical editing experience can be substituted in lieu of the Bachelorâs degree requirement. Must be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications as well as the use of Adobe Acrobat to create and manipulate .pdf files. Familiarity with Air Force Technical Orders, TMCRs and Air Force Technical Order guidance is preferred. Knowledge of SGML and XML is desired, but not required. JOB DESCRIPTION: The position will be responsible for the implementation and on-going design and strategy of the Business Unit Communications Plan in conjunction with the BU and Operations Leadership team. Desired communication efforts include quarterly Town Hall meetings, employee newsletters, press releases, marketing and branding opportunities at the BU and operations levels to foster open dialogue and two-way communication with all employees, potential clients and communities that we serve; consultation and coordination with operations, program managers and division managers on program or site-specific communication plans; coordination and delivery of communication training for managers; development of metrics for tracking and evaluating communication efforts; external communication efforts to ensure consistency of messages; oversight and enhancement of existing communication media such as the HPPBU webpage, intranet, newsletter, win announcements, etc. May assist BU senior management in providing overview of HPPBU to new hires; developing communication templates for Managers; assisting in messaging for staff meetings; and developing creative communication methods. REQUIRED EDUCATION / SKILLS: Bachelors Degree in Communication, Marketing, English or related field is preferred (willing to consider experience in lieu of education). This position requires a minimum of 10 years directly related experience in employee communications or marketing. Creative and strategic thinking is necessary as well as the ability to relate and communicate with all levels of management and staff. Experience with MS Office is essential along with ability to work alone or in a team environment. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, outstanding written and verbal skills and some basic knowledge in web design/HTML and graphics.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Scope: Will work for the Business Unit Capture and Proposal Director as a member of the Business Development team. The Intelligence and Information Solutions Business Unit currently has an opening for a Senior Proposal Specialist. 
JOB DESCRIPTION: Scope: Will work for the Business Unit Capture and Proposal Director as a member of the Business Development team. Depending on individual&apos;s strengths and interests, he/she may be responsible for oversight and/or coordination of production related activities and resources to include facilities, tools, repositories, and supplies for numerous proposals concurrently; or will be the focal point of all communications for the proposal effort. In addition, he/she will work with the Director to define new and improve existing processes. He/she will also be responsible to develop/revise related training packages and to deliver training. 
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: Bachelor&apos;s degree and 8+ years related experience. Either experience with proposal production, desktop publishing, and editing on at least 3 proposals or experience as Proposal Coordinator on at least 3 proposals. Some demonstrated management/coordination/logistics experience is required. 
DESIRE SKILLS: Experience working on proposals for Ft. Meade contracts. Experience on Proposal efforts worth more than $20M. Experience in all facets of proposals; volume lead, coordinator, author, etc.
