Job Description
L-3 is a rapidly growing public company with revenues estimated at $14 Billion and with over 60,000 employees. L-3 is a leading supplier of communications and specialized products and services to the US Department of Defense, intelligence agencies, federal civilian agencies, state and local governments, foreign governments, and major aerospace and defense prime contractors.
We have a challenging opportunity available for a Sr. Documentum Specialist who can come in and take ownership of a very critical project. This project will go indefinitely, so you will have the authority to direct a high-level project for the FAA across mulitple locations for years. As you can imagine, the FAA has millions of documents that they are attempting to get placed online using Documentum. People who understand Documentum architecture in large, enterprise environments will succeed in this role.

Job Requirements
- Fluent in Java development using Documentum Foundation Classes (DFC), DQL, and API - In-depth knowledge of Documentum&apos;s Document Compliance Manager (DCM 5.3) customization (both controlled and non-controlled functionality) - Experience with Documentum development software and related technologies such as Eclipse Workspace - Experience with System Development Lifecycle methodologies - Excellent documentation and communication skills - Knowledge of Oracle 10g DBMS including SQL - Ability to design, modify and manage simple and complex workflows - Ability to diagnose and correct Documentum problems (including indexing, searching, poor performance) - Ability to communicate well orally and in writing (to gather requirements and test code, report progress frequently, document code clearly and extensively, recommend improvements to and advise management, and train users)
