JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The Research Coordinator, Competitive Intelligence position is responsible for maintaining and improving competitive intelligence processes and is a key contributor to building the competitive intelligence culture throughout the organization. The Research Coordinator is responsible for collecting, prioritizing and analyzing competitive information to support strategic decision-making. In addition, this position provides market insight to the Retail network by creating market study reports utilizing mapping and reporting software. 
Key Job Responsibilities:
â¢ Collect, prioritize and analyze competitive and industry information.
â¢ Maintain and enhance the internal and external processes for collecting competitive and industry relevant information.
â¢ Build and organize the repository of competitive information; including a reference library with company-wide access.
â¢ Produce quarterly and ad hoc intelligence reports with strategic and tactical insights to assist upper management decision making and strategic planning.
â¢ Monitor the competitive environment to provide intelligence alerts that are timely and relevant. 
â¢ Maintain and enhance the competitor locator.
â¢ Utilize appropriate software and data sources to produce comprehensive market studies at the Retail level.
â¢ The incumbent must adhere to all Company and provincial Health and Safety policies.
â¢ Other projects and duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
â¢ Experience with quantitative and qualitative research, and research tools (i.e., Geo-mapping software, Cognos, SPSS, etc.,)
â¢ Experience in dealing with external Business Partners
â¢ Strong business analysis, and problem solving skills are a must
â¢ Ability to provide meaningful recommendations based on complex data
â¢ Knowledge of motorcycle industry preferred
â¢ Must have ability to function effectively in a results oriented, fast-paced, deadline driven environment 
â¢ Must be a team player 
â¢ Strong attention to detail and organization skills
â¢ Communications and social skills relating to customer service, team planning and Retailer contact
â¢ Bilingualism would be considered an asset

This position is for a senior SAP FI/CO consultant who will be responsible for the design, configuration, and testing of the SAP Finance and Controlling modules. Responsibilities include the configuration, evaluation, review, testing and implementation of functionality, reporting and/or interfaces to support business requirements. 
Required Skills Include: 
- Banking and Loan Management Experience a major plus.
- Configuration experience in several areas of the SAP FI/CO modules 
- Hands-on experience in areas such as Funds Management, General Ledger, and Accounting are a major plus.
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration points with other SAP modules is desired. 
- Ability to evaluate and analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across other FI/CO and SAP modules is required.
