Our client&apos;s need a Rational Migration Specialist to help bring their environment from 6.13 to 7.0. Our client will provide all of the Database Administrators and System Administrators support, they need someone to help ensure the upgrade goes smoothly and to help with end user support. They would like to have this complete by the end of the year.
Our client uses the Rational tool set for requirements management, source management, and development. All of their computers, laptops, desktops are being upgraded to the newest version of word, and it is not compatible with Rational Req Pro on the older computers.

Support and assist in various stages of the Enterprise planning, processes, and strategies. Report and analyze data that supports departmental processes. Additional assignments include monitoring accuracy of all supporting processes, data gathering, statistical evaluations, vendor data audits and maintains confidentiality in all assignments. Should possess a thorough understanding of supply chain, with emphasis on material inventory/purchasing, and have SAP experience.

Functional Description:
The Medical/Dental Policy Development Specialist is an intermediate level professional who applies a broad pharmacy, dental and/or medical program knowledge to research, write, edit and implement medical/dental benefit policies.

PC BIOS and architecture
Network interface card installation and configuration.
PC storage subsystems.
Hard drives, floppy drives, CD ROM&apos;s.
External tape drives, USB storage devices.
PC media technology installation and configuration.
Printer and print server installation, configuration and maintenance.
Ability to take and understand direction from remote support personnel 
Must be able to work nonstandard hours, nights, weekends and/or holidays
Experience:
3 - 5
Years Hardware/software technology support Experience.
Supporting 500+ Clients
2 Years experience with LAN\WAN hardware (Cisco CCNA or equivilant).
Education/Vocational Training:
2 year Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
MCSE
