Job Responsibilities and Requirements
The Specialist will work with complex technical issues that span multiple Microsoft Product lines with the main focus on Microsoft Business Productivity Online Suite technologies, and deliver training and technical mentorship to internal and customer support and professional staff and outsourced support vendor staff. External customers will include enterprise partners as well as mid-sized to large corporations. Much of the training to external customers will focus on training customer Helpdesks to resolve BPOS support issues. This position will also be required to be a Subject Matter Expert for select BPOS Products/Services (Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, and Office Communications Server) with specific depth areas across a team of four Technical Learning Specialists. POSITION SUMMARY 
The Systems Operations Specialist works as part of a team responsible for planning and executing the integration of Internet based products and services for ABC, ABC News, ABC OTV, ABC Family and ABC Daytime (collectively âthe supported business unitsâ) into a complex data center and network environment in an efficient, secure, scalable, reliable and cost effective manner. 
Primary responsibilities include evaluation, implementation and support for Internet based solutions developed for these business units. This includes any content delivery systems, hardware configuration, custom software implementation, database administration, network and systems design, performance and process improvement, and systems documentation. 
This position is also responsible for planning and executing small-to-medium scale projects within the Technical Operations team. Task 
Systems Administration and Support: executes day to day maintenance tasks including problem determination and resolution, as well as root-cause analysis. Responsible for responding to live site issues and for executing software, platform, and configuration changes. 
Documentation and Training: provides and maintains documentation of systems architecture, troubleshooting and support guidelines, system metrics, project information and plans, and training information for both Systems Engineering and Service Operations Center staff.

Position Description â 
Do you want to help shape the future of mobile technology? Our mobile device division is our fastest growing business where we are building the next version of our mobile platform. We need great people to bring our big vision to reality. You will be an SDET responsible for driving the quality of your feature areas. You will work closely with your partners in PM and development, and will be engaged throughout all phases of the product cycle. Responsibilities include test automation development, participation in design/code reviews, creation of test tools, creation and review of test plans and helping to innovate the way we verify quality in our products. You will have plenty of opportunities to contribute to groundbreaking products and grow your skills.
Qualifications â 
Candidates must possess solid oral and written communications skills and have strong demonstrable C/C++ coding and debugging skills. Win32 experience, Windows CE experience and a strong passion for the needs of customers are all a plus. A BS or MS degree in CS or the equivalent is required
Coding skills requirements:
C/C++\ 2 year of active coding (work experience\ Not acedemic)
Additional position info:
1) 80% C/C++ coding; 20% Test
2) This is a non structured environment, so candidate must be resourceful, not afraid to ask questions and consider alternative solutions to resolve issues, and be very self disciplined. 
3) Interview suggestions: brush up on C/C++ skills, explain thought process for resolving problems ([URL Withheld]. how do you approach/solve), etc.
4) We are looking for a candidate with strong C\ C++ skills, willing to learn quickly and local to our area.
