Global Compensation Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Global Compensation Manager will manage the design and delivery of the companyâs total compensation program ensuring the company&apos;s ability to attract, motivate, and retain qualified talent. Project Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Be responsible for organizing and tracking the completion of type approvals for ITE, telecom and wireless products, including:
Importation and transfer of product test samples to and from test laboratory

Senior Wireless Test Engineer
LOCATION: MARLBOROUGH, MA
Duties and Responsibilities
Test embedded network software running on 3Com Wireless products.
A Software/QA Engineer to functionally qualify embedded switching software   wired/wireless hardware. Will develop and/or execute functional test plans and follow through to provide quality and timely results. Includes setup/teardown of network configurations, use of manual, automated and network management GUI test tools, feature verification, defect discovery, replication, reporting and regression testing.
Will execute, design and develop automated test scripts (Perl, Jscript, UNIX Shell, Tcl/Expect, etc.) as needed. This test engineer will be involved through all phases from; early development through major release shipment and maintenance updates. Will work with application developers, embedded software developers, sustaining engineers, management, and test engineers, to ensure highest product quality prior to shipment.
May work with Network Management platforms including HP OpenView 3COM 3NS/3ND. Experience with network analyzers and testers, (AeroPeek, Sniffer, HP Network Adviser, Spirent (Netcom) Smartbits, W G) a plus.
Skills and Experience
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience is required in Quality Assurance of networking products. Requires 3-5 years experience in testing wireless systems such as Wireless Switches, Access Points, and Wireless Bridges. Familiarity with 3Comâs Wireless products such as our Wireless Switch, Access Point 8000, Access Point 8750, Workgroup Bridge are important. Technical knowledge of 802.11a and 802.11b Wireless Technology is a very large plus. Good to Excellent understanding of software testing methodology. Experience in testing embedded LAN and/or WAN software for switches, hubs, and routers, especially those developed by 3Com is also a plus. Experience with Windows and Windows based test tools and application is desired, as is experience with Sun workstations and Solaris.
In addition to the above qualifications, an excellent interpersonal skill set, including excellent technical communication skills, (clear technical writing and speaking abilities), a self-starting attitude, and flexibility. An interest and proven skills in tracking down, isolating, and reporting software quality problems, then verifying that problems are resolved and have not caused other functionality to regress.
