We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Center Manager to join our Global IT Team located in our World Headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. This position will have responsibility for managing the companyâs Unix and Windows-based systems administration teams in an exciting, high-growth, fast-paced, high-availability, 24x7, widely-diverse IT environment. In this role, the Manager will have responsibility for the strategy, design, implementation and management of ADCâs server and storage environments located in Minnesota and associated disaster recovery plans and procedures. The Manager will provide leadership to a team of experienced system administrators who provide 24x7 support for the companyâs 300+ Unix- and Windows-based server systems (Redhat Linux, Sun Solaris, and Windows Server 2003) located in multiple data centers.

We are seeking a Senior SAP Business Analyst (SAP HR / Payroll) to join our IT Department located at our World Headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. The primary responsibility for this individual is to support the ADC global IT team in the delivery of SAP HR, other peripheral HR applications and services in a 24 X 7 environment that meet or exceed service levels.Partner with key business experts. Analyze and document business processes and functional requirements. Design, document, develop, test, implement, and support applications in accordance with ADC and IT policies and procedures. Provide project management and technical expertise required to implement improvements and rollout of new and existing application solutions. Work with internal customers in the implementation of information technology in accordance with ADC and IT strategic plans. Communicates and/or presents status on program development and projects. Assists less experienced IT personnel to help develop their skills and knowledge. Support a Global Team to develop, communicate, implement and monitor SAP HR and other peripheral HR systems. Establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor and regularly report to management on SLAs, project and program milestones and future needs. Ensure the HR team is compliant with ADC and Global IT&apos;s policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring policies, procedures and processes exist for your area of responsibility. Regularly work with process owners, management and the IT team to make continuous process improvements. Manage projects including scoping, estimating time, resources and costs for all phases of the project lifecycle.
Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years experience with SAP HR and Payroll, including experience configuring and implementing SAP HR and Payroll solutions. PCR - Personnel Change Request experience in EP 7.0. Knowledge of the SAP Workflow is a plus. Knowledge and experience working with SAP Enterprise Portal. Prior experience with deployments and rollouts of functionality within a global setting. Experience with structured project management methodologies, systems analysis/design/programming, database design, and technical/business writing. Detailed knowledge of structured system/software development methodologies preferred. Experience working with a cross functional team through the complete software development/implementation life cycle. 4-6 years experience designing, building and implementing business solutions using information technology. The willingness and ability to roll-up sleeves and provide hands-on functional and technical work as required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills a must.
