Our client is looking for a permanent Help Desk resource for their Calgary office.
HELP DESK ANALYST, CLIENT SERVICES
Working within the Client Services team, you will be directly involved in supporting the computing environment across North America. The Client Services team is responsible for client facing services including the Help Desk and second level support of key enterprise business applications. 
The successful candidate will be someone who has: 
* A minimum of 2 years previous experience with Help Desk or direct client support responsibilities.
* A post secondary education in an Information Systems related area.
* Superior analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Understanding of ITIL best practices would be considered an asset.
* Experience with Microsoft Windows/Office/Server products, Novell Netware, Citrix, GroupWise E-mail, Service Center, and remote control tools is desired
* Experience with PeopleSoft Financials/Human Resources, TMW/FSS, and Transman TMT products would be considered an asset.
Reporting to the Supervisor of Client Services, this position involves: 
* Direct telephone and e-mail support for client issues related to computer applications, hardware and the supporting infrastructure.
* Direct support for custom applications and systems
* ID administration duties
* Problem determination/resolution/escalation
* Ensuring client service levels are met or exceeded
* Tracking, analysis and reporting of problems via a Help Desk problem management system
* Analyzing, recommending, and implementing solutions to problems. 
* Participation in an after hours on call rotation

As an integral part of the project team, lab support assists design and verification throughout the development cycle. While maintaining lab facilities, the lab support team works with the corporate and business units to ensure the Design and Verification teams can work efficiently while promoting lab safety. 
Primary responsibilities include daily support to R D lab facility with focus on the following activities: 
* Provide IT support to an organization that has over 200 operational workstations and servers. 
* Provide timely support to daily requests for support to computer operation systems and computer hardware faults. 
* Create and maintain associated documentation.

Ajilon Consulting is searching for an IM/IT Instructor with strong experience conducting RDIMS training for a 20 month contract with a Government Client of ours.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the following:
.Experience as an IT Instructor, with instructor led customized classroom training and including developing outlines and materials, with RDIMS core applications 
.Creating, maintaining, reviewing training documentation that focus on IM principles and best practices in a Government Department.
.One-on-One training and/or coaching.
.Presenting to and dealing with clients and project teams.
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following tasks:
.Prepare and conduct interviews with clients in order to identify IM challenges.
.Prepare IM plans, training plans, project plans and activity schedules for all assigned clients.
.Create, maintain and review training documentation that focuses on IM principles and best practices in a Government Department.
.Present to and deal with clients and project teams.
.Provide RDIMS training, individual coaching and support for each IMIP client group based on available material customized for individual client.
.Provide executive one-on-one training and/or coaching to senior management.
.Participate in the lessons learned sessions and incorporate learning into the continuous improvement process.
.Coach, guide and support team members in order to continuously improve the IMIP.
.Adapt training methodologies in a multicultural environment as an instructor.
.Work with RDIMS core applications (Open Text DM and the following; ForeMost RM, iRIMS RM, Open Text RM).
.Identify, document and communicate any risks or issues associated with the IMIP in weekly status reports.
