Process Management AnalystTeamThe Process Management Analysts is a member of the Office of Strategy Management (OSM). OSMâs mission is to propel the AICPA forward by leading the strategic management process, creating organizational alignment, and enabling data-based decision-making, while ensuring our key principles are met.Job PurposeContribute to member satisfaction and operational excellence by creating organizational alignment throughout the AICPA using the Strategic Process Management System. Handle special projects as needed. RequirementsMasters degree preferred. CPA or knowledge of CPA profession a plus. Minimum of 3 years experience in managing process improvement, quality assurance, change management or operational excellence programs. Knowledge of methodologies such as ISO, Lean or Six Sigma required. Strong customer focus; excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
