ASCO is seeking a Program Administrator,Scientific Programs to partner with the Assistant Director in managing the planning, design, development, and implementation of ASCO&apos;s Annual Meeting Scientific Program, and special topic education programs. The successful candidate will represent ASCO at designated meetings, provide guidance and support for the Scientific Program Committee meetings and events, and sustain the Committee&apos;s mission goals and activities. A portion of the total responsibilities include: Interacting on substantive issues with chairs and members of the Scientific Program Committee Providing the day-to-day management required, ensuring that science programs adhere to established timelines and program content Managing the committee roster and related committee databases Developing the budget for the Science program and other Annual Meeting related activities Maintaining communications between ASCO departments related to the Annual Meeting Science Program To excel in the responsibilities listed above, the qualified candidate should possess: Bachelor&apos;s degree in education, business, or equivalent experience Impeccable written and verbal skills The ability to organize and prioritize multiple concurrent projects Excellent interpersonal skills ASCO is a progressive non-profit that offers a generous benefit package, competitive salary, and work-life balance opportunities. Assist Associate Editors with manuscript review process

To qualify for this position, the successful candidate will possess:
