The Financial Intelligence Analyst (FIA) serves in the Financial Intelligence Unit to support the Bankâs AML Program by monitoring transaction activity and evaluating cases to identify and report unusual and suspicious conditions potentially indicative of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal or improper activity.

This position requires the ability to think independently; analyze data and draw conclusions based on solid knowledge of BSA regulations; banking; and anti money laundering concepts and typologies.

Job Responsibilities Include
:
1. Researching, gathering, and analyzing information from multiple sources and incorporating the results into file comments and reports (both written and oral).

2. Analyzing accounts and transaction activity to determine whether suspicious activity (including money laundering or terrorist financing) may be present.
If suspicious activity is discovered, prepare Suspicious Activity Report.

Qualifications
:

Pathology Associate - Clinical Sciences
Location: Minnesota or Massachusetts
Purpose/Role Statement:
Responsible for vascular tissue evaluation via light and scanning electron microscopy using established parameters, and some management of a routine study projects. Analytical interpretation and demonstrated ability for routine preclinical pathology study project execution, and management. Writing draft pathology reports and working closely with the assigned study pathologist to assist in completion of the final preclinical pathology report. 
Key Responsibilities:
Interpretation and analysis of histologic reactions to implanted coronary stents or other medical devices to result in a data generation, statistical analysis, and draft pathology report development. 
Interpretation of arterial histology
Interpretation of myocardial histology
Creation of representative digital photomicrographic images
Review and summary of gross necropsy findings
Analysis and interpretation of data to generate draft report with results
Study and data coordination with stakeholders for completion of Pathology deliverables 
Collaboration with study pathologist for review and comment and interpretation of data
Coordinate collation, dissemination, and adjudication of pathologist, management, research associate, and study director comments of pathology report
Specialized measurements/interpretation as necessary
Review of scanning electron microscopy samples and reporting of results 
Assist histology lab staff with development and refinement of novel staining techniques
General knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Biology (or equivalent) or Veterinary Technology

General Summary: 
This key position is responsible for being a technical and general advisor to Boston Scientific Corporation/Interventional Cardiology Division providing Medical and Clinical support and guidance for formulating clinical strategy and making clinical decisions. This includes providing medical and scientific expertise in certain therapeutic areas to bring high quality, efficiency, and safety to the clinical trial development process for devices in the product development pipeline. 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
Provides detailed medical/therapeutic guidance to internal and external customers including project teams, other functional units, investigators, and regulatory agencies, and assists with meeting project timelines. 
Provides early, hands-on operational support to teams in clinical trial planning, protocol development, investigator selection, training of internal and external personnel, medical monitoring for trial safety, data analysis/interpretation, and quality control. 
Responsible for providing Interventional Cardiology therapeutic area expertise to support development and execution of clinical trials in device development process. 
Reviews and edits protocols to insure accuracy, consistency with standard of care, logistical ease, and internal consistency with BSC requirements. 
Delivers direct physician support to quality assurance group for review of product complaints, MDR reporting criteria, health risk assessments, and product performance criteria. 
Envisions the application of new technologies in novel ways to solve complex medical device needs. 
Writes and edits clinical and scientific reports for regulatory submission and scientific communication. 
Cultivates relationships with influential thought leaders in the medical community. 
Reviews and summarizes medical literature.

Minimum Education   Experience: 
Medical degree required with board certification in area of therapeutic expertise (preferably interventional cardiology). At least 5 years of clinical experience with patient care. At least 5 years of clinical trial experience is required. Some direct industry experience (device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology) is preferred. 
Working Conditions: 
General office environment, with up to 40% domestic and international travel to other BSC facilities and or/meetings and conferences.

Summary:
The Manager, International Tax supervises planning, reporting and analytical support for the Corporate Tax team. The manager will play a primary role in enabling the company to minimize its tax burden while completing its income tax filing and its financial reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for the project management of US international and cross-border tax planning projects, coordinating multifunctional teams from treasury, finance, tax and legal departments within the company as well as outside tax and legal advisors.
Provide tax advice and subject matter expertise on US international tax issues associated with projects including US Subpart F and foreign tax credit issues, foreign currency transactions, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations, as well as planning for US and non-US withholding taxes.

Under supervision of Supplier Quality Management, performs detailed audits of practices at suppliers manufacturing plants and sites to ensure that policies and procedures comply with Boston Scientific Corporation (BSC) standards. Reports on weaknesses, ineffective procedures, policy exceptions and discrepancies and recommends appropriate corrective actions. Consults with supplierâs management to establish and implement practices and procedures that comply with BSC Requirements. 
Key Responsibilities 
Plans and conducts scheduled audits of suppliers to assess compliance with Boston Scientific requirements. Includes audit scheduling, investigation, and evaluation of audit observation and findings, reporting, follow-up, and confirmation of follow-up actions.
Conducts and confirms follow-up actions on Supplier Quality System Audits.
Assesses supplier capabilities through direct visits, technical discussions and Quality System Audits.

Qualifications 
Bachelorâs degree in a technical engineering field plus a minimum of 1 year experience auditing in the Quality or medical device field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required. Training in Audit Techniques and Auditor Certification preferred. Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings. Effective written and oral communication skills required.
Working Conditions
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate within an office environment although job performance will necessitate frequent exposure in a manufacturing environment. This job entails frequent travel, up to 50% (primarily domestic, but some international)

General Summary:
