Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
This position will be responsible for the manufacturing floor plan, machine layout and the setup of manufacturing and assembly of large custom cylinders for the gas and oil industry. Individual will implement and drive change to increase manufacturing throughput capabilities. 
Additional responsibilities include:
* Work with Production Control and Supervision to determine priorities of work needed. 
* Work with Inventory Control to determine best material flow methods and packaging strategies. 
* Develop and implement manufacturing control plans and process standardization methods.
* Investigate, quote and submit requisitions for new and replacement equipment and tooling.
* Design fixtures and tools to increase process throughput times and product quality metrics.
* Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
* Work with Product Engineering to determine production needs for new product releases.

                        <description><![CDATA[Third Shift. Third shift operates on a 4 day per week, 10 hour per day schedule. Standard work hours are 8:00pm - 6:00am
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Minimum Requirements of Employer:
Candidate must have the ability to work in a team environment as well as individually, and be self-driven. Experience with Microsoft Office is desired. Knowledge of machining, welding and heavy manufacturing preferred. Position reports to the Commercial Engineering Manager and will be trained on first and second shifts before transferring to third shift
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
This position will provide engineering support to 3rd shift custom hydraulic manufacturing processes. This includes component and assembly troubleshooting, non-conformance resolutions, failure analysis, and drawing and design interpretation. Also required will be maintaining current products, completing design upgrades and improvements using Solidworks. Individual must be knowledgeable of normal drawing convention.
