Monday through Friday.Occasional weekend shifts, as needed. Generally work 11am - 7 pm, Monday through Friday
Minimum Requirements of Employer:
Experience: Previous restaurant and kitchen experience is preferred.
Qualifications: Flexible schedule. Reading and writing skills. Communicates with guests and management. Maintains a sense of urgency. Demonstrates trained food safety knowledge. Stands and walks during shift. Lifts up to 40 pounds. Bends, reaches and stoops. Works in areas where floors may be slippery or wet. Exposed to extremes in temperature.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Provides personalized, exceptional service and quality to guests. Performs duties accurately, courteously and promptly. Prepares quality products while maintaining portion control and presentation within service goal times. Maintains a neat, well-groomed appearance according to Culver&apos;s standards. Demonstrates personal hygiene and food safety practices consistently according to company policy. Follows restaurant policy on attendance, respectful conduct to others and all other company policies. Attends all team member meetings as required by management.
