The MAE position CareerBuilder Major Account Executives focus on improving our customers&apos; top and bottom lines in top 2000 employers nationwide through expanding current relationships while also selling to new decision makers within accounts. Our key decision makers include the C suite, Vice Presidents of HR, and other key vice presidents (including Sales/Marketing, Technology and Operations) where having the right talent matters to the top line. MAEs have the opportunity to positively impact companies&apos; recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives, by analyzing gaps in human capital performance and then developing and managing solutions to close those gaps. MAEs learn how each customer makes money and the impact of turnover, C players, and open positions on the customer&apos;s business. Through conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses, MAEs draw meaningful conclusions from the data, and present these analyses and conclusions to their clients. Responsibilities Major Account Executives work with a broad range of clients and industries in a stimulating and education-filled work environment. Degree from accredited college or university; MBA a plus 
4-7 years proven F500 business-to-business sales experience and/or equivalent experience

The Director of Recruitment Technology Partnerships will focus on external and internal applications, sales and key business processes by leveraging business and sales process understanding, as well as technical expertise to bridge the gap between product and process delivery. In addition, the Director of Strategic Services is also responsible for all third party technology partnerships in the HRIS space as well as leading and directing a team of Business Process Consultants.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the \&quot;subject matter expert\&quot; and the primary business driver to affect change throughout the sales process. This is accomplished by ensuring that all clients can accuraltely measure Careerbuilder.com&apos;s ROI.
Create product and process strategy, focusing on maintaining and enhancing current applications/processes across all areas of the organization
Facilitate and evangelize the longer-term vision and strategy of the organization
Deliver new processes/applications or enhancements to Clients, Candidates and the sales organization
Measure performance quantitatively
Decrease time to perform specific business function
Increase return on recruiting
Delivery of services focusing on meeting the Clients demands
Improve user experience on all levels of products and processes
Establish a \&quot;Launch Pad\&quot; for new integration product offerings while creating longer-term partnerships with Vendors and Clients

The NAE position CareerBuilder National Account Executives focus on improving our customers&apos; top and bottom lines in top 2000 employers nationwide through expanding current relationships while also selling to new decision makers within accounts. Our key decision makers include the C suite, Vice Presidents of HR, and other key vice presidents (including Sales/Marketing, Technology and Operations) where having the right talent matters to the top line. NAEs have the opportunity to positively impact companies&apos; recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives, by analyzing gaps in human capital performance and then developing and managing solutions to close those gaps. NAEs learn how each customer makes money and the impact of turnover, C players, and open positions on the customer&apos;s business. Through conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses, NAEs draw meaningful conclusions from the data, and present these analyses and conclusions to their clients.Responsibilities: National Account Executives work with a broad range of clients and industries in a stimulating and education-filled work environment. To achieve sales excellence, our sales professionals develop and demonstrate knowledge and skills in several key areas:
Sales Methodology: NAEs apply a value-based sales methodology to achieve goals and position for long-term results, by selling consultatively, building account plans, identifying and developing leads, setting appointments, conducting account research, leading sales calls, and creating relationships that lead to new business opportunities for the company. 
Business   Industry Knowledge: NAEs gather, analyze, and apply business and industry knowledge, through knowing the online recruitment industry and customers&apos; industries, understanding human capital, and using economic and financial data to understand a client&apos;s business. 
Company   Solution Knowledge: NAEs must understand CareerBuilder and its people, processes, and solutions, through knowing the company and exemplifying our vision and values, describing our products and solutions, and optimizing our resources and technology. 
Individual Effectiveness: NAEs drive business results by leveraging and expanding their personal capabilities and qualities, including initiative, decision making, planning, and resilience.

Job Requirements
Degree from accredited college or university; MBA a plus 
7-10 years proven F500 business-to-business sales experience and/or equivalent experience 
Experience with selling solutions and value 
Current employment in either a business-to-business outside sales position or leadership role. 
Documented proof of quota attainment and regional or national sales ranking 
Experience expanding named accounts as well as selling new clients from scratch. 
Documented success selling to executives and multiple decision makers in large complex accounts 
Strong initiative and desire to achieve 
Must be able to travel up to 50%
