                        <description><![CDATA[The Management Intern functions in a support role for the Office of the City Manager in the research, development, and implementation of City-wide policies, programs, and activities. The successful candidateâs primary responsibilities will be: conducting research, preparing and disseminating written materials; contacting other local government officials, conducting comparative analysis studies, assisting with internal and external special events, and assisting with public meetings and presentations.Hours of Work/Length of Position: The work hours are flexible (approximately 20 hours per week) and will be dependent upon the successful candidateâs class schedule; however, some evening, weekend and holidays hours will be required.
