Work with Learning   Development team, NABU Business Skills team and business leaders to translate learning and skill building objectives into high-impact learning designs (e.g. curriculum, tools, workshops, etc.) that builds capability and improves performance. Consults with business and HR clients on the skill building/ training needs for the business and provides ideas and suggestions for ensuring high impact, learning at appropriate cost levels. This role will also partner with curriculum team to develop standards of design and measurement across CCE.
Job Responsibilities
Works with Learning   Development team, NABU Business Skills team and business leaders to translate learning and skill building objectives into high-impact learning designs (e.g. curriculum, tools, workshops, etc.) that builds capability and improves performance - for assigned area: leadership, Technical, Sales/Supply Chain, etc. Consults with business and HR clients on the skill building/ training needs for the business and provides ideas and suggestions for ensuring high impact learning at appropriate cost levels. Partners with Learning   Development team to develop standards of design and measurement of design effectiveness across CCE - and ensure âÂ&apos;content library&apos; is developed and maintained. Manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high quality design, regular reviews with client (tollgate discipline - from proof of concept through delivery), involvement of subject matter experts, and on time, on specification delivery. Embeds principles of change management throughout projects. Effectively integrates the learning content with the most effective delivery method. Works with training team and business representatives to evaluate available training media and determine the most appropriate means of delivering the training and tools to create the training materials Ensure all curriculum design materials clear, concise, consistent, are instructionally sound and will deliver against the training/skill building objectives. Participates in dry run and go-live classes to determine strengths and weaknesses of training design and identify continuous improvement opportunities. When appropriate, works with Learning Coordinator to ensure full use of Learning Management System to launch and track new training opportunities. Directs the performance of contractors in developing and monitoring style and standards and to develop and maintain standards and style for all types of deliverables as needed Stay abreast of field, bringing current best industry practices for documentation development and instructional design. Provides technical support to business initiatives and team projects as required. 
Job Requirements
EDUCATION LEVEL REQUIRED Associate of Arts EDUCATION LEVEL PREFERRED Bachelor&apos;s Degree with focus in Learning and Curriculum Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3-5 years broad-based experience in designing instructional materials, effective delivery methods, technical documentation, and information architecture

Job Requirements
High School diploma or GED preferred. 0 - 1 year of general work experience required. Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours. Experience working with minimal supervision. Prior grocery store and/or consumer products/retail experience preferred. Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product. Demonstrated communication skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Valid driver&apos;s licenses, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines, pallet jack certification as required. Count full service cash and finalize handheld Prepare driver paperwork for Imaging Maintain driver compliance logs as necessary (DOT, DVR, etc) Maintain cash reconciliation and driver deposit log Maintain records in BASIS route accounting system Review settlement exception reports and resolve issues Prepare deposit for pick up by armored car service Troubleshoot handheld issues impacting settlement Work with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve SAP (inventory system) to BASIS (sales accounting system) reconciling items 
Job Requirements
High School - GED or Diploma required. Some college preferred. 2-5 years experience in automated office environment required. Experience using BASIS route accounting system preferred. Experience in cash room environment preferred.
