the software development lifecycle  including analysis  design  development  testing  and deployment  Knowledge of Microsoft technologies  especially SharePoint 2003 or MOSS 2007   NET  web services and SQL is a plus  You must be able to support the creation of business requirements  functional specifications  test scripts  and training materials  We require a professional  business focused attitude  excellent written  presentation  and verbal communication skills and experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective  Essential Functions  Partner with business representatives at all levels to assess  refine  and drive appropriate MOSS solutions  Work with Off Shore Development Team on delivery of solutions requires some flexibility in daily schedule Identify opportunities for process optimization or development of new process policies  Knowledge of the software development lifecycle  including analysis  design  development  testing  and deployment  Knowledge of Microsoft technologies  including MOSS 2007   NET  web services and SQL a plus Create functional specifications for Internet and web based projects that include programming specifications  logic flow charts  and process diagrams  Testing the site for functionality  user friendliness in different browsers and at different resolutions followed by troubleshooting and resolving issues  Maintains a detailed knowledge of the business  current technology and infrastructure  The ability to multi task across multiple concurrent task projects  Reporting progress and status of assigned tasks to project teams  Developing training documentation  Performs other duties as assigned by manager  QUALIFICATIONS  Bachelors degree or higher with a strong preference towards computer and base sciences or business  Knowledge of the software development lifecycle  including analysis  design  development  testing  and deployment 2 + years of experience working with SharePoint 2003 or MOSS 2007 software for business application use is a plus SharePoint 2003 or MOSS experience should include designing work flows  identifying audiences  documenting security  roles and responsibilities   understanding the use of my sites and task lists  and a general understanding how MOSS 2007 integrates with other applications such as Microsoft Exchange  Microsoft Project Server  and SQL Cluster  Experience participating in least 1 or 2 SharePoint 2003 or MOSS 2007 implementations as a functional Business Analyst or Lead Basic experience in website usability analysis definition and identification  solutions verification  and positioning of the solutions within the overall product portfolio both internally and externally  This includes components necessary to not only turn up basic broadband wireless  802 16d and 802 1e Base Stations  ASN Gateway  CSN Home Agent  AAA  DHCP DNS   but also value add software and network technologies required to enhance the mobile operators service offering  This includes  but not limited to  VoIP  Walled Garden services  IPTV  Billing  and OSS BSS components  The PSMM will be a key advisor to our key accounts on the end to end WiMAX solution  The WiMAX solution components as defined and verified by the PSMM will be handed over to the applicable Product Line Manager for product lifecycle management and indoctrination into applicable company systems etc  The PSMM must maintain sufficient understanding of WiMAX market requirements to define new product solution requirements and drive development and or integration priorities to meet the changing market needs of the competitive market  The PSMM understands short term and long term WiMAX market solution requirements  technology and pricing trends  The PSMM will play a key role as a catalyst to position the Harris Stratex WiMAX solution in our key accounts  The PSMM will ensure the product mix and strategy is aligned with the requirements of key accounts and will champion new solutions to meet key account and sector needs  Ultimately the PSMM enables sector targets to be met by maintaining and implementing a comprehensive WiMAX product solution set and communicating what is needed from the company to meet the plan  This includes definition and regular review of pricing and other necessary sales tools to support the needs of indirect and direct sales channels  The PSMM must be able to work cross functionally with the Sales organization  Executive  Operations Planning  Engineering  and Product Line Management groups  The PSMM will have key working relationships with the Product Development Program Manager providing product direction inputs and priorities  the Operations Materials Manager demand to provide inputs to the forecast  the Operations
