Legal Administrative Assistant/ ReceptionistEntry Level Position at Premier Immigration Law Firm. Recent College Graduate preferred! 
HOURS: Full time, Mon-Fri - 9:00am-5:30pm; (Non-exempt position) 
I.Receptionist/Admin. Asst.: This is an entry-level position requiring no immigration experience. 1-2 years of general business experience is preferred. A bachelor&apos;s degree and prior office experience is preferred. 
A.Objectives/Job Description: Responsible for directing incoming calls to staff, photocopying requests, and general administrative tasks, including assisting with office administration. 
B.Performance Factors 
1.Job Skills: Requires strong communication and organizational skills. Good knowledge of computer applications and keyboard skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills 
2.Work Characteristics: Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a courteous and professional manner. Must demonstrate ability to work under supervision. 
3.Job Approach: Shows willingness to learn new skills and procedures and has flexibility within administrative team. 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 
Reception: 
- Phones 
- Doorbell/Deliveries 
Administrative Support: 
- Photocopying for legal teams 
- Preparation of cases for filing (i.e. Acco, exhibits, FedEx) 
- Filing for legal teams 
- Fax Requests 
Office Administration: 
- Update staff lists 
- Messenger/courier service 
- Mail (outgoing   incoming) 
- Liaise w/ Admin. team regarding office projects 
- Update Immigration Regulations library binders 
- Handle car service requests 
- Maintain conference room log 
- Maintain keys   Kastle key assignments 
- Coordinate conference calls 
- Communicate with office vendors 
- Coordinate Immigration training with corporate training department 
Facilities Mgt./Coordination: 
- Call service technicians (copier/fedex/fax) 
- Shipping Supplies 
- Concierge requests 
- Main Voicemail box (updating message when necessary) 
- Postage Meter (adding postage, ribbon) 
- File Room Organization   Maintenance 
- File storage and retrieval from storage

Job Description
A large DC law firm is seeking a Legal Recruitment Assistant to assist in maintaining campus interview files and tracking database. Other duties include: preparing correspondence with interviewees and offerees; input and track applicants status in LawCruit; assist with preparing and maintaining files on all lawyer and summer associate candidates interviewed in the office; assists in administrative organization of summer associate programs, such as orientation, events and training programs; handle responses for summer events and prepare nametage; process payments for new legal personnel for bar memberships, clerkship, moving and traveling expenses; prepare pre-arrival correspondence; draft biographical summaries on summer associates; assist Summer and Hiring Program Committee Chairs; answer general recruiting department numbers and direct calls as appropriate; assist Department Manager and Coordinators in scheduling events, on-campus registrations, schedule applicants; and provide other administrative support to the Department.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor&apos;s degree and strong computer knowledge of Word and Excel is required.
